As Omkara stepped out of the car, he rushed to open the door and help Aarav, who was cradling Ruhaan's limp body in his arms. Together, they sprinted towards the hospital entrance, their footsteps echoing through the night air. A stretcher was hastily wheeled out, and Aarav gently laid Ruhaan down, his hands still pressing against the wound on his forehead in a desperate bid to stem the bleeding.

As they rushed Ruhaan into the ER, Omkara and Aarav were left standing in the hospital corridor, their faces etched with worry and fear. Aarav's white shirt and hands were stained with Ruhaan's blood, a grim reminder of the gravity of the situation. He stood frozen, his eyes fixed on the glass door of the ER, his heart heavy with emotion. Surbhi rushed towards him, her face a picture of despair, her eyes streaming with tears. "Aarav..." she sobbed, her voice barely audible.

Abheer arrived soon after, his face pale and worried. He had stopped to complete the formalities, but his mind was with Ruhaan, his heart aching with fear. He spotted Harsh, who had been informed of the situation, and together they rushed to the hospital. Harsh's face was a mask of guilt and pain, his eyes haunted by the thought of his family's suffering. He had dropped Abhijeet off at their apartment, but instead of returning to the Malhotra mansion, he had come straight to the hospital as soon as he got call from Abheer, his heart heavy with emotion.

As Harsh rushed towards Aarav, he was met with a sight that made his blood run cold. Aarav's clothes were soaked in Ruhaan's blood, his face etched with worry and fear. Harsh's steps faltered, and he whispered the only word that seemed to matter: "Ruhaan..." His voice cracked with emotion, and Aarav slowly turned towards him, his eyes red-rimmed with unshed tears.

Controlling his emotions, Aarav walked towards his father, his face a picture of anguish. "Ye sb kaise hua?" Harsh asked, his voice breaking with emotion. Aarav's eyes met his, and he saw the guilt and pain reflected back at him. Surbhi, who had been standing by, watching the scene unfold, suddenly broke down in tears. "Sb meri galti hai...sb meri galti hai...mujhe uski zidh nahi maani chahiye thi.." she sobbed, her body shaking with grief. Omkara rushed to her side, holding her close as she wept uncontrollably.

Aarav's face was a mask of calm, but his eyes betrayed his emotions. He took a deep breath, his voice steady as he spoke. "It's not your fault, Surbhi...don't blame yourself." But the unspoken words hung in the air, a silent accusation on himself "Galti kisiki hai toh woh meri hai..." (If anyone is to blame, it's me...)

Surbhi's eyes welled up with tears as she replayed the events leading up to Ruhaan's accident, her mind consumed by a crippling sense of guilt and regret. If only she hadn't attended that call, if only she hadn't been distracted, maybe, just maybe, the accident wouldn't have happened. The weight of her responsibility as Ruhaan's caregiver crushed her, leaving her feeling broken and helpless.

She remembered the moment Abhay had left, the look of determination etched on Ruhaan's face as he refused to eat, his eyes fixed on the entrance, waiting for Abhay's return. Surbhi had tried to coax him, to persuade him to eat something, but he had refused to listen, his resolve unshakeable. She had sat with him in silence, not wanting to irritate him further, her eyes constantly scanning his face for any sign of discomfort, her heart heavy with worry.
