Abhay's world came crashing down as he stood frozen, his eyes fixed on Aarav's lifeless form, lying in a pool of his own blood on the road. The realization that they shared the same blood, the same mother, and were twins, shook him to his core. Faith couldn't be so cruel, snatching away his twin, whom he had just discovered, leaving him with a sense of loss and despair.

As he snapped out of his thoughts, he heard Aarav's weak, hoarse voice calling out to him, "Ab...abhay." Each word was a struggle, but Aarav's desire to be held by Abhay was palpable. Abhay's heart wrenched as he gently lifted Aarav onto his lap, cradling him in his arms.

"Ab..abhaay sb..sb ka khayal rak..hna...." Aarav whispered, his voice laced with pain. Abhay's eyes welled up with tears as he pleaded with Aarav to stay with him, to fight for his life. "Kuch nhi hoga Aarav...kuch nhi hoga... you'll be fine ..you can't do this to me...tum sun rhe ho na...you can't do this.... you can't give up..."

As Aarav's eyes began to glaze over, Abhay's panic reached a fever pitch. He tapped Aarav's cheeks, trying to keep him awake, "Aarav, you're listening to me, na? You can't do this...mera nahi Ruhaan, Omkara aur Surbhi ka toh soch..." (Think about Ruhaan, Omkara, and Surbhi, if not me). Aarav's response was barely audible, but it shook Abhay to his core, "Aur..aur tum." (And...and you).

The weight of Aarav's words hung in the air, a poignant reminder of the bond they shared, a bond that went beyond mere friendship or family ties. Aarav's vision began to blur, but he looked up at Abhay, his twin, his brother, his mirror image. The revelation of his true identity, the betrayal he felt at being lied to about his past, all of it paled in comparison to the desire to live, to be with his twin, to experience the bond they shared.

But it was too late; Aarav's body had given up, and he lay unconscious in Abhay's arms. "Aarav!" Abhay shouted, shaking him, but there was no response. Abhay's hands began to shiver, his mind reeling with the thought of losing his twin, his brother, his everything.

With a Herculean effort, Abhay composed himself, knowing he couldn't fall weak. He needed to take Aarav to the hospital immediately. With difficulty, he lifted Aarav into his arms, his clothes drenching in the pool of blood. He covered the wound tightly with a handkerchief to prevent more blood flow and made his way to the car.

As he drove to the hospital, Abhay's heart pounded in his chest, his mind racing with thoughts of Aarav's condition. He couldn't lose him, not now, not when they had just discovered their bond. The hospital lights came into view, and Abhay's heart skipped a beat as he screeched the car to a halt. He leapt out, and immediately took Aarav in his arms, and rushed towards the emergency ward, praying that it wasn't too late...

The hospital staff's faces fell as they took in the sight of Aarav's battered and bloodied body. They sprang into action, rushing him into the emergency ward with a sense of urgency that only added to Abhay's growing panic. The sound of beeping machines and the rustle of medical staff scrambling to save Aarav's life filled the air, creating a sense of chaos that threatened to consume Abhay whole.

As he sat on the bench, his body seemed to slump under the weight of his own fears and anxieties. He looked down at his hands, still stained with Aarav's blood, and felt a wave of nausea wash over him. This couldn't be happening. Aarav, his twin, his brother, his everything, couldn't be lying on that hospital bed, fighting for his life.

Abhay's mind reeled as he thought about all the what-ifs. What if Aarav didn't make it? What if he lost him? The thought sent a searing pain through his chest, making it hard to breathe. He felt like he was drowning in a sea of despair, with no lifeline in sight.
