The breeze of the winter crispe air woke me up. Mattheo and I explored each others pleasure all night long. I felt a pair of muscular arms around my waist and I felt a small crawl up to my cheeks. I turned around "Last night was amazing" I whispered, He gave me a sleepy goofy smile before pulling me in closer. "Are we gonna watch those Hallmark movies today?" I asked, my tone teasing, but my heart light with the shared intimacy we had. He nodded "bur first we stay like this for a while" he whispered in a sleepy tone.

If you would've told me a year ago that I'd be dating Mattheo Riddle, I would've thought you've gone mad. I am so helplessly in love with him that it makes my chest hurt thinking about the thought of us not being together. The love I had for him, I never felt for anyone. If he left he'd take a piece of my heart with him.

"I'm hungry, I'm gonna go make breakfast" I whispered, sitting up. He tugged me back down before I could get far. "I'll cook. You stay here," he said softly, and before I could protest, he grabbed the remote and clicked it on, switching to the Hallmark channel. I chuckled as he settled into the bed, propping himself up with pillows. "I still can't believe this cottage has a TV in the master bedroom," I commented, the cozy space feeling like a perfect little retreat from the world. "Wonderful, isn't it?" he said with a grin, his eyes lighting up as he watched me. "I wish we could stay here forever." He slipped on his pajama pants, his movements slow and relaxed, his energy still basking in the warmth of the morning. The door made a squeaked as he left the room.

They say if you can't imagine him fathering your children he isn't the one. But I can imagine that, I can imagine us with our kids. Our daughter putting make up on him. Him holding up our son making him think he's flying. He's the only one I'd want that to happen with.

I sat up and grabbed his t-shirt off the ground throwing it over my head before making my way downstairs. I saw him stirring a pan of eggs. "Turn on when he cooks" I said with a laugh. He glanced over his shoulder, a smirk forming on his lips. "I thought you were tired after last night?" His eyes flicked down to my shirt, the same one he'd been wearing, and his smirk widened. "My shirt looks good on you," he added, his voice low and playful. I smiled, he poured the eggs onto two plates. He suddenly lifted me into the air, spinning me like a princess. I gasped, laughter spilling from me as I wrapped my arms around his neck, feeling the warmth of his touch. "You're crazy" I laughed, trying to steady myself. "I'm just treating you like the princess you are" He said with a smile. We both laughed. It wasn't gonna get any better than this

five days later
"I can't imagine myself with anyone else" I said as Hermione and I walked along the halls. "That sounds amazing" Hermione said, Ron rolled his eyes. "I still can't believe you're in love with the dark lords son" He said in disbelief. Ron rolled his eyes dramatically from where he walked beside us. "I still can't believe you're in love with the Dark Lord's son," he said in disbelief, shaking his head. I paused for a moment, the weight of his words settling in my chest. "It's more complicated than that," I said, my voice steady despite the flutter in my stomach. "Mattheo's not his father, Ron. I know that's hard for you to understand, but he's different."

"Where's Harry?" Hermione asked looking around "Malfoy probably shagging him" Ron said shrugging it off. "No I just saw Malfoy in the Library with Nott"
"Probably with Dumbledore than he's always wanting something was Harry"

I tuck my blonde hair behind my ear. I was just so happy. I hadn't felt this happy ever and it was all because of Mattheo and I was greatful for that. Melanie was leaning against the wall seemingly in her thoughts. "Hey Mel are you alright?" I asked departing from Hermione and Ron. "I am just thinking that is all" She replied.

"How was your weekend with Mattheo?" She asked, I could feel the heat rising in my cheeks. "It was fun he made me breakfast and we watched a bunch of hallmark movies" I explained with a smile.
"He is really so sweet" I said, leaning against the wall. She laughed "Someone's love sick."
"I am not!" I said though my voice showed no innocence.
