LYING HAS never felt good. Not for Walker, at least.
Usually, he'd lie only to get him out of trouble. Such as when one of his cast-mates ask if he had contacted Sofia yet, he'd lie and agree, hoping that they wouldn't pry on that topic any further. It usually worked. Usually.
But then again, he's lied about thousand and one things to a thousand and one people. The only person whom he hasn't lied to ── who was also coincidentally the person that kept him insane for the past weeks ── Sofia. And that itself was a lie because he has indeed lied to her.
"Friends?"
"Friends."
What a filthy lie.
He did want to be friends with Sofia. He truly did. More part of him wanted something more ── something special. So that he wouldn't be just another friend in her circle. Another insignificant part of her life.

It was a cat and mouse thing, really. Sofia would run away from work, and her manager would chase after her. It wasn't like actually was tired of doing fashion, she's tired by doing fashion. Pretty reasonable if you ask her.
Yet here Sofia was, being forced to accept another invitation from a well-known designer to go to their design showcase.
