One Vanilla Shake (Kuroko x Reader)

A/N: I rushed this like crazy... I'm so sorry ;-;

Today was like ever other ordinary day, wake up, get ready, go to school, break up with your current boyfriend- Wait, breaking up with your boyfriend was not an everyday activity. But sadly, it was true, heading towards your homeroom, you had ran into your (ex) boyfriend who had told you that he need some 'time alone' before making his exit and leaving you heartbroken.

Throughout the day, the news must had spread quickly around here because, by the time lunch had started year-mates from different classes had been already talking about the breakup. They were mostly surprised to find out that the two most gorgeous people in school had split, but at the same time they were relief to find out that they a chance themselves.

"Did you hear? (First Name) and Haru* broke up!" One girl from a group gathered by the halls mentioned clearly not trying to keep it a secret.

"Seriously?! They were like Seirin's best couple!" Another chimed in.

"I know right? But that means that Haru is single"

"You're right! Do you think he'll accept my confession?"

"I don't know (First Name) is actually really pretty"

"You guys are so mean!"

Even if you could block out the comments by the flock of gossiping chicks, their laughter would always somehow make their way into your head. School had just finished, and at this point, everyone knew about the breakup and started spreading rumors about how Haru was actually seeing another girl, or vice versa for you.

Having a small circle of friends were always favorable, especially at times like these. Your friends, hearing about the news of the breakup, instantly came running towards you as you were changing your shoes.

"(First Name)! Is it true? You and Haru broke up?"

Feeling awkward and uncomfortable with the topic of the subject you slowly nodded. Nearly faster than the speed of light, your friend brought you into an embrace and began rocking with you from side to side. 

"I knew that boy was all no good" Your friend pulled back. "Didn't I tell you? I had a bad feeling about him"

Looking down at your feet, you recalled the memory of the first time you introduced your (ex) boyfriend to your friends. 

"Hey (First Name)! What's up, did you need something?" Your friend exclaimed in a loud tone.

Smiling at your friend, you wrapped yourself around one of Haru's arms. "I want to introduce you to my new boyfriend. Haru" 

Within a instant, your friend glared at the raven haired boy and shook her head. "(First Name)? Can I talk to you in private?"

At first you were confused with your friend's sudden request to talk to you, but then you soon caught on when she mention something fishy about your boyfriend. 

"I don't like him. Are you sure he's the one?"

You nodded. "I'm sure he's the one"

"(First Name)! Are you even listening?" Returning back to reality by the voice of your friend, you looked up facing them. 

"Sorry could you repeat that once more?"

"Geez, so you weren't listening then"

"Hehe sorry about that" Letting out an awkward laugh your friend sighed.
