Horror Movies (Midorima Shintarou x Reader)

A/N: This idea came to me while watching Markipiler ^-^

"On today's Oha Asa!"

"Shintarou!" You called out to your boyfriend with his earphones on, he held up on finger gesturing you hold on. "Are you listening to Oha Asa again? Can I listen with you?"

Midorima knew you shared a similar interest to horoscopes as he did, and also that you wouldn't forgive him if he denied. Unplugging the earphones from his phone, he resume the oha asa recording for today.

"Congratulation (Horoscope)! You are first place!" Hearing your zodiac sign come up as first place, you smiled and silently cheered to yourself. 

"Today you will have the time of your life, and your lucky item is anything resembling a carrot!" 

Thinking of all the items you own, you turned towards Midorima. Your boyfriend returned your gaze with a glare, he knew what was going to happen. As the Oha Asa continued to list the zodiacs' lucky items and where they place, you noticed that Cancer had yet to be mention. 

"For the zodiac placing last is Cancer! Today you will show a side of yourself you never want anyone to know about, and your lucky item is an orange blanket!"

The recording ended, you turned towards Midorima with a smiled leeching off the disbelief of your boyfriend. He stood from his seat and rushed towards the bedroom, a few moments later he returned with an orange blanket. Trying your best to keep the laughter in, Midorima shot you another glare.

"Was there something you wanted to talk about before?"

"Oh yeah! Shintarou let's watch a horror movie together!" Your eyes brighten at the green haired teen.

 "Absolutely not!"

"Or we could just go to a haunted house? Wouldn't that be more exciting?" You joked around knowing that your lovely boyfriend couldn't handle the horror genre.

"That's even worse nanodayo!"

Soon enough, you had successfully convinced Midorima to watch the movie with you. Wrapped together in the orange blanket, popcorn filled bowl on Midorima's lap, the movie started. 

"I heard this movie was really good, like, unexpected jump scares. I think someone fainted from one?" You teased your boyfriend. 

The true purpose was for you and him to have a romantic moment where the boy protects the girl but, it seemed like it'll be over the other way around. 

Halfway through the movie, a couple of jump scares had appear but, it wasn't as scary as you had imagined it. You turned your head towards your boyfriend, stealing a glance of him, you noticed how tensed he was already. Leaning against Midorima's shoulder, you placed your hand on top of his. 

"Don't worry it's only a movie" You commented before placing a kiss on his neck.

The green haired horoscope lover calmed his tensed muscles and slightly relaxed. You are right, it's just a movie, it wasn't like a ghost girl was going to crawl out of the television and-.

"Boo!" Within a moment, a high pitched shriek escaped from your boyfriend.

Surprised with his sudden high pitched scream, you turned towards him noticing Midorima pale as a ghost and shaking uncontrollably. "What in the world?!" You questioned also taking note of Takao on the ground laughing.

"D-Did you s-see that (First Name)?" Takao asked you inbetween his laughs.

"Takao? How did you get in here?" You asked standing from your spot on the couch and leaning over the edge.

"I came here to give back Midorima his notes, and also the front door was unlock so I let myself in" Takao stood from his current position and waved a green colored notebook in the air before handing it to you.

"The front door was unlock?!" You exclaimed lucky that it was only Takao that noticed it first.

"Yeah you guys are way to carefree sometimes, anyway see you tomorrow and careful next time!" Takao waved goodbye before making his leave.

Turning towards your boyfriend, you let out a sigh. "Good thing it was Takao that noticed that the door was unlocked, right? Well, I guess I'll take a shower then"

Getting off of the couch to leave for the bathroom, your boyfriend grasped your wrist. Turning towards him, you gave him a confused look.

"Wait (First Name)...." He started before muttering his next words quietly.

"What? Shintarou I can't hear you, speak up" Once again, the green haired basketball player quietly muttered his words. "Shintarou, I have to take a shower, now"

Midorima knitted together his eyebrows before repeating once again. "I said let's take a shower together nanodayo!" 

"W-What?!" You questioned turning just as red he was. 

It wasn't your guy's first time seeing each other naked, but, the two of you were still uneasy with the fact. 

"Why though?! T-This is so random Shintarou!" 

Staring at your boyfriend's face, you caught the hint of light pink on his checks an the uneasiness in his eyes. "The movie left me worried...."

Observing the Midorima in front of you, you wondered if this was even possible?! How did your boyfriend of 2 years, become suddenly this cute?! He was basically like a little kid asking his mother if he could sleep with her because he was scared of the monsters living under his bed. 

"Well?" Midorima questioned snapping you back to reality.

"Huh? Yeah okay" Without thinking, you responded reflexively.

"Let's go, right now nanodayo" Dragging you towards the bathroom, you frantically moved your arms in front of you hoping whatever you grab onto will save you from such an embarrassing moment.

"How did I end up like this?"
