Thanks to the notification of user jxevcy, I have found that a supposed author by the name of Gerald Mitchell has stolen this book and posted it on Amazon Kindle. Obviously without consultation.
Blatant theft of both my writing and artwork used for the cover.
I've attempted to report the "author" on Amazon.
The first result I found on Google is said author, I typed in "Amazon Kindle Gerald Mitchell". What concerns me is that date on the book says the 3 December, which means that my work has possibly been uploaded for a month.
I'm unsure how to feel at the moment.

Update: I have filled out a report for Infringement of unauthorised intellectual property, so I'm waiting to see what procures from it!
