"Danni?" My step-brother, Max, called.
"What do you want, Max?"
"There's someone at the door for you."
"Alright, tell them I'll be down in a sec."
I quickly ran down the stairs to be greeted by a smiling Alyssa. (My closest friend)
"You ready to go?" She asks
"Uhhhh....go?????"
"Oh my! Did you forget?!"
"Psshhhh....nooo. How could I forget.....girls nig-"
"My birthday. Gosh, Danni, I didn't think you would forget this?!"
"I'm sorry?"
"Just go get ready and meet me down here in 20."
"K." And with that I headed to my room to go ready.
