A Hero's Villain

"Could this get any weirder?"

"Who the hell are you?" The girl says as she presses the knife to my neck. "I'm Skylar." I don't let my voice waver despite the fact that I can feel the blade nearly drawing blood. "Pan took me here and I'm only trying to get away from him."

"Oh. I'm sorry." I finally get to look at the girl as she backs off. She's blond with green eyes and pale skin. "My name's Tinkerbelle." She hold's her hand out for me to shake, but I just stare at her with wide eyes, "Could this get any weirder?"

She looks quizically at me before climbing up in her tree house. "Well are you going to come in?" I close my mouth and nod. "S-sure thanks."

I take a seat at one of the small dining table chairs as I ask her, "Aren't you supposed to be a little - and I don't mean to affend you - brighter? With wings?" Her outfit was a dark forest green and was covered in what looked like a decent amount of dirt.

At this she hesitates, "I um I was cast out. My wings were taken away from me." She is quick to change the subject. "So why are you here Skylar? Why does Pan want you?" I chuckle and shrug, "He doesn't really want me. He wants my 'magic' that he so strongly believes I have."

"I made a stupid deal with him and he brought me back here." We sat in an awkward silence until she speaks up. "You can stay here as long as you need to. I can set you up a spot on the floor or something."
"That would be great." I smile before we continue to talk about subject we thought of.

Pan

"What do you mean you didn't find her?" I yell angrily at Felix. "She is only a girl it couldn't be that hard to follow her!" He shrugs and speaks softly, "I'm sorry Pan. We were following her until she out smarted us and escaped."

I sigh and try to calm down. "Alright thank you Felix. Leave now." Without another word he walks out and shuts the door silently. I guess if my boys couldn't find her I would have to. She doesn't know what she got herself into.
