After Death and I saved that chick in the alley Death said we needed to shack up on crap if we were gonna take on Bristol and his generals guys, people so I recommended we head to an old pawn shop I used to know the owner of. I led Death down the street "Did you see the look on that guys face" I said "He was scared shitless" Death laughed shaking his head and said "Did you see the look on that girls face" he asked, I just looked at him confused and he chuckled "She totally liked you" I was kinda surprise all and all I was a total smartass, but when it came to chicks I had no idea what the fuck was going on, "Ya think" I asked and he chuckled again. We turned the corner and I told him it was "Just up the road" as we neared the front door I stepped in and Death followed and then out of no where je pulled out his gun "Whoa what the fuck?!" I shouted as George the shops owner was just walking out from the back. Death looked confused the fucking dumbass thought we were gonna rob the shop "No" I said grabbing the top of his gun and pushing it down to his side "Stop being so violent please" I raised my hand in the direction of George to let him know it was okay. "I have money" I said, and then George finally noticed it was me "Adam?" he said kind of confused, I turned to see George, who kinda looked like the cop from Who Framed Roger Rabbit "I haven't seen you in forever Addy" he said I smiled and told him it was nice to see him while Death stood there dumbstruck "How does this keep happening" he mumbled, George pulled out small box from under the counter, "found something for you" he said and with that he set down a pretty big book "Whoa Watchmen" I said grabbing the Graphic Novel while Death did the whole Ahem thing. I put it in my bag and tolf George I needed the "Fail Safe" and so he walked to the back and came back with another box handing it to me I opened it and pulled out belt with two empty holsters on the back, and a sawed off shotgun on the side I handed it to Death who was now more excited than annoyed. Then, George said something that made me excited "And by the way your package came in" I stopped dead in my tracks and hopped the counter grabbing the box he was reaching for and looked inside making sure not to show Death. "Whats that" he asked I just closed the box and put it in my bag. I felt a buzz in my back pocket and I pulled out my phone, it was Hud I answered "Hey there's some chick here she said she's looking for ya" he said, I told him thanks and hung up looking at Death who had heard the whole thing "Well..." I said, scratching my head "Fuck".
