Death

I walked into the streets with my hood over my head. I was heading to the bar that Adam had showed me a few weeks back. As I walked down the street I had a deadpan face, ever since I escape I've been like this. A few people were giving me looks on the street a few girls winked at me, which would usually make me blush but not today, a few men looked at me with disgust but I just kept walking.
Soon I entered the bar only to find one of the generals lying down dead with glass and blood everywhere along with wood. I turned to see Adam on the floor crying. I walked up to him. He looked up with his eyes all puffy and red. I kneeled down "yea...are you ok? Did you do this?" He nodded and motion to his dead friend over the counter. I looked over. He has three gunshots to the chest. I walked up to Adam. I heard police sirens in the distance. "We have to go." He shook his head. "I killed someone... I have to stay." I tried convincing him but he wouldn't budge. "Ok." I said sitting down with him. "What are you doing?" I looked straight ahead. "If you go to jail then so do I." He shook his head. "No, you need to go" I stayed silent.
After the sirens got louder. "Ok" He said taking off. I followed as we ran outside we stopped. The cops were pointing guns at us. "Stop both of yo-" I took my gun and put it to Adams head and put my mask on. "Back off" I said. Adam knew what I was doing so he acted as if he was scared. When we got to a safe distance we took off and go onto the roofs. He took a breath as I looked at the streets. My mask was hanging from my neck, the wind blew knocking of my hood reveling my new hair and branding. Adam noticed this as I turned to him. "What the hell did they do to you?"
