Chapter 19: Barrage

I walked into the bar just as Hud and Sean were closing up, I stumbled in leaving amounts of blood with each step, "What the hell did you get yourself into?" Hud asked loudly, as I swiped a bunch of shit off the bar counter and layed down on it grunting. Hud grabbed a bottle of alcohol and a rag saying "What the hell Addy?" Sean asked, as Hud began to dab my wound with the rag. I winced, as Hud and Sean kept trying to ask what happened, but I was to busy planning out ways to kill Bristol in my head. "Come on kid sit up" Hud said, grabbing a role of bandages and when I finally mustered up the strength to, he began to wrap the slightly cleaner wound. I flinched as he finished up sighing as he had begun to calm down. "Addy" he said seriously "What happened to you" I looked up at him my eyes tearing up and said "I failed, just like before" I clenched my fist as the tears began to roll down. Then, the tears were stopped by a single sound, the sound of three gunshots. I looked up at Hud who had been shot, his eyes wide with fear. I turned so fast it hurt to so a man in military body armor. "Boss put a price on your head" Barrage said I was pissed as Sean ducked down I stood up no longer feeling any form of physical pain. I looked around for something to fight with, but I saw nothing. "I'll kill you" I said, clenching my fist until my knuckles turned white, but Barrage laughed stepping towards me "I dare you t-" I didnt care what he was saying as I grabbed a bar stool and broke it across his face still holding onto a single leg of it. "You killed him!!!" I screamed continuing to bash the leg into his face until the glass on his helmet broke and I could see the trails of blood running down his face and then just as his breath began to stop I fell to my knees and began to cry.
