[We cut to when Y/n and Dante arrived to the front doors of the Hotel right after Y/n learned how to use the Yamato to create portals. Y/n takes a moment to look at the Hotel.]
Dante: *whistles* Nice place you got here.
Y/n: Yeah...
[Dante notices Y/n staring off.]
Dante: Hey, kid. You seem lost there.
Y/n: It's nothing.
Dante: *chuckles* Oh come on! You were all cocky and fired up when we were fighting.
[Y/n sighs as he sits down on the curb.]
Dante: Hm... Alright, tell Uncle Dante what's going on.
[He looks at Dante confused but just shrugs it off and gives in.]
Y/n: A lot has happened. My brother, Kyrie, Sir Pentious... Now the Vees are on our asses.
Dante: Yeah well, I can understand that. After all, you are still young. But hey, you'll figure it out.
Y/n: Not to mention*he shows off his Devil Bringer* this.
Dante: Your arm?
Y/n: Yeah well, let's just say I haven't fully embraced it. Sure it's helped out a lot. But still... If my position was switched... Would my fate be different?
Dante: Hm... I see. I've seen this before.
Y/n: What?
Dante: Wanna know a little something? *Y/n turns to him* I went through the same thing.
Y/n: You did?
Dante: When I was around your age. I fully embraced being a human. Never really felt comfortable being a demon at first but eventually, I came around to accepting it. *he stands up and spreads his arms* And look at me now!
Y/n: *looks at his Devil Bringer* Accepting it huh...
Dante: But hey, if you're not ready yet. Take your time.
[We walks around and looks at the front door.]
Dante: Cause whatever you think you are. There are people, in this case, demons, who will still accept you.
[Y/n stands next to Dante as they look through the window of the front door. Seeing Charlie and the gang.]
Dante: And hey, being a demon is not that bad. And you should know.
[Y/n chuckles as he realizes he is overthinking things.]
Y/n: Yeah... You know Dante, you're not half bad.
Dante: Ah? Ah! *does finger guns* Get it? Half? Half? Hybrid?
Y/n: Oh haha, very funny.
Dante: Oh come on that was good!
Y/n: Yeah yeah, now come on. Let's head inside.
[Y/n head inside as he goes first. Dante smiles, feeling a sense of pride in the kid. Moments later, he kicks down the door off it's hinges and steps inside and out of camera.]
