Chapter 29

Jungkook parked the car in the parking lot, while Y/n just looked around.
She had never been to this part of the city, this was a really expensive site.

She got down holding Jungkook's bag and her phoen..
"Come.."
Jungkook took the lead as they both entered the elevator
The entire time, Y/n's legs were shaking, she was nervous and didn't really notice even Jungkook staring at her.
They soon walked out of the elevator as Jungkook stood infront of an apartment.

He just had to wave his hand on the monitor outside and she held her breath ..
The door opened and Y/n opened her eyes ..
It was Jimin, he smiled at Jungkook shaking his hand
"Oh! Y/n.. you're here too? Come come" jimin invited her while she anxiously just stepped inside

Thsi place was beautiful, very different from Jungkook's apartment.. very decorated and lavish.

She looked around to find the face she was here for..
She didn't even know if she wanted to see him today or not.. if she was ready... her hands were already clammy and she felt her throat getting dry

"Are you okay?" She heard JIMIN's voice and turned to him who had concern in his voice

She just nodded putting up a smile
"Huh.. she's just scared.. tae hyung will be revealing her deeds soon! She's gonna be proved guilty!" Jungkook scoffed walking away and Jimin just turned to Y/n

"I'm sorry for him.. please come"
"It's ...it's okay" she removed her flats and walked inside.

She found Namjoon, hobi and Jin sitting on the couch laughing and talking.. but soon their attention was on Y/n who walked into the living area
"Oh! Jungkook didn't tell us you'll be here too! Come! Have a seat Y/n"
Hobi stood up smiling and Namjoon looked her way

She looked around
"Where is he????" they all heard Jungkook from the kitchen who was just looking for some snacks

"He went to the washroom, he'll come.." Jimin shouted back

Y/n now just quietly sat on the single chair that was just along the sofa..

"Why are you so quiet?" Jin suddenly looked her way
"Ani... I..I'm alright.. just a bit startled and overwhelmed with Mr. Kim's arrival" she honestly replied and Namjoon couldn't help but give her an sympathetic smile
"She's just kind of freaked out.. she knows her truth will be found soon.. tae would tell us she's the culprit... nothinh new" they all looked at Jungkook who came chewing on a candy bar while Y/n just sat quiet not really focusing on his words

"Will you shut up Jungkook?" Yoongi walked in with a water bottle glaring at the younger

"Hey" yoongi passed the bottle to Y/n standing near her
She took a sip and thanked him

"Oh my! What's going on? Is it ..kook?"
Her actions halted when she heard his voice

She looked ahead of her .. as yoongi turned
Only to find Tae standing .. with a huge smile on his face..
"hyung!" Jungkook jumped over him tackling him in a hug as the entire apartment filled with giggled and laughs

"Kook! Oh man.. you fucking bulked up!" Tae patted his back pulling away
"I missed you hyung.. are you well?"
"Ofcourse! I missed you too!"

"You know damn.. it was so boring there and I..."
He stopped mid sentence when his eyes settled on Y/n who just sat there with no expressions staring at Tae

"Y...you?"
Tae walked nearer and Y/n stood up..
Her hands shaking..

Jungkook and the other stood watching Tae.. he looked like he was shocked to see Y/n there.

Ofcourse he didn't know a thing that happened here in his absence.
"Tae, that's Y/n .. Our kook's new assistant" Namjoon said and Tae looked at her from head to toe..

"A...assistant?"
"That's a long story" Jungkook rolled his eyes

"Wait.. h..how are you? H..how have you been? You.. you were stabbed" tae suddenly walked closed to her holding her hand and She just flinched

"More like she tried stabbing you" jungkook again interfered
"What?... she? She saved me.. that day.. it was her who jumped infront of me to save me.. otherwise I have no idea what would have happened.. there was that crazy girl.. she.. she was constantly bugging me.. and when I felt my name being shouted I realised i was a target.. that girl had a knife.. and she.. Y..y/n saved me... I ...couldn't.. I couldn't even help her.. the security took me..." Taehyung stopped as he heard Hobi

"Y/n!!"

Y/n was in Hobi's arms unconscious ..
Her face stained with tears as Yoongi came and pulled her in his arms
"Fuck! Y/n!" He carried her towards the sofa making her lay down..

Yoongi wiped her face, patted it.. while Namjoon picked up the water bottle throwing her water on her face.

Yoongi rubbed her palms with hai hands
"Y/n! Wake up!" He called out

She feebly moved her lips.. and opened her eyes to which Yoongi sighed
Jin made her sit properly..

"Are you okay?" Jin asked as she caught her breath..
she just nodded

Taehyung stood there watching the entire scene..
how was she so close to all?
And.. why did she just faint? ..

He grew so concerned but Jungkook on the other hand had a feeling of guilt creeping on him..
He had tears in his eyes and concern laced in the way he was looking at Y/n
