* Chloe's P.O.V *

Powdering my nose obviously wasn't my best idea. When I came back, everybody was standing in a circle watching, some of them looking like they didn't know what to do.

"- What's going on here?" I asked Tristan from The Vamps.

"- Austin Mahone came up to Calum and was talking trash about you, thinking he was cool. Something snapped inside Calum when he heard that. He punched him in the face, Austin punched back and that's how the fight started. We've tried to come inbetween, but nothing helps. They're both outrageous.

- Thanks." I walked past them and into the ring. It was my turn.

"- STOP IT! BOTH OF YOU!" I was furious, who did Austin think he was? A whole rage came out and I think I got to him, cause he ran away like a dog scared from the wolf. Walking over to Calum with the girls and guys by me, I was praying he was okay. But he was obviously not. There was a cut above his right eye and his nose was bleeding. You couldn't see it, but he had injuries on his upper body. I could tell, cause he jumped a bit when I came to close. He was playing tough guy. I thought he was fine at first, until he collapsed in my arms when he got up. He was heavier than I thought, I couldn't help him up on my own.

"- We'll take him away, I think it's best if you call an ambulance." I nodded to Ashton's idea and called 911 when I followed them carrying Calum away. Security leaded them to a room in the back, where there was a couch he could lie on. In the meanwhile I had called the ambulance.

"- You go back to the girls, I'll stay with him. Okay?

- We'll be back when the ambulance arrives. I think the girls are a bit shocked. Surprisingly you're still calm.

- My outside doesn't ressemble the inside. But I'm staying strong for him, he can't use a freaked out girlfriend when he wakes up. I'll be alright, thanks Mike.

- Stay strong." He said before leaving. I was all alone in a room with a passed out Calum, and I couldn't help but be worried. What if there's something seriously wrong?

To calm myself down I started to sing a song. Lately that really helps me to drown the bad thoughts I have. I was so furious at Austin, I could kill him if he was here right now.

" - I don't even like you, why would you want to, go and make me feel this way? I don't understand what's up and I keep saying things another..." This probably wasn't the right song to sing right now, so I switched to another one.
" For a while we pretended, like we never had to end it, but we knew we had to say goodbye. You were crying at the airport, when they finally closed the plane door, I could barely hold it all inside. Torn in two, and I know I shouldn't tell you, but I just can't stop thinking of you.... Wherever you are, youuu wherever you are. Every night I almost call you, just to say it always will be youuuu, wherever you are. "

"- You're a good singer, you know." Calum said with his eyes closed.

"- Oh my God, Cal! You scared the hell out of me!" I gently slapped him on his stomach. That wasn't my best idea, cause he schrunk from the pain.

"- I'm sorry, an ambulance is on his way.

- No, that's not necessary, I'm fine.

- Calum, you collapsed into my arms not even five minutes ago. Believe me, you're really not fine at all.

"- I see what you did there." I kissed him softly on his lips.

"- I'll let Mikey know you're okay. You managed to freak him out a bit." I stood up and took my phone out of my purse to send him a text. In the corner of my eye I could see Cal struggling with his pain. It worried me. What if Austin hit any of his vital organs? What if he has internal bleedings we don't know of and he'll die? I didn't have much time to think about it, cause Michael came into the room, followed by the ambulance officers.

"- Who do we have here?

- This is my boyfriend Calum. He got into a fight and had quit a few punches. He collapsed and was unconscious for about 10 minutes.

- Okay, thank you. Calum, my name is Scott and this is Cate. Can you tell me where it hurts?

- A bit in my head and stomach." I watched Scott and Cate examine him. He kept saying he didn't have much pain, but I could see his face twist everytime they touched his stomach. A few minutes later he was ready for transportation.

"- Can I come?

- Yeah sure.

- We'll meet you at the hospital." Luke said while we were leaded outside. My hand resting in Calum's, I stepped into the ambulance, ready to receive bad news.

* A few hours later *

After being examined by a kind doctor called Jack, he was currently at the radiology department for some X-rays. I was on my own waiting in his cabin till he came back. I was so worried that I wanted to cry. I was on my own, cause Luke, Michael and Ashton decided to go home to stay with the girls. They would be back first thing tomorrow morning. I was getting tired of sitting, so I decided to get up. Not my best idea, cause I was pacing back and forth.

"- Are you alright?" Jessica, the nurse that was assigned to Calum, asked me kindly.

"- Yeah, I'm just a bit worried.

- He will be fine. He should be back any second." She stroke my arm. I simply nodded. About two minutes later they brought him back.

"- His X-rays will reach us soon, I'll come back to you then." The doctor left the small cabin and closed the curtain behind him.

"- Stop worrying. I'll be fine." He took my hand and planted a kiss on it.

"- How do you know?" A tear was flirting with the corner of my eye. I was not going to cry, I was not going to cry.

"- Because I'm a tough guy." He put up his arms to show his muscles, but doing that he pulled some wire which made a machine go crazy. It made me laugh. Three nurses stormed into his cabinet, they probably thought he was dying.

"- Calum, what did you do?!" Jessica was obviously not amused. It made me laugh even harder.

"- It was an accident, I swear." He was laughing himself now too. "But hey, at least I got my girlfriend to smile." She playfully sighed.

"- Alright, but be careful next time you try." She was attaching the wires to his chest again as the doctor walked in.

"- Mister Hood, I got your X-rays back.

- Please doctor, call me Calum. Mister Hood makes me feel old." I chuckled.

"- Alright, Calum, so the pictures show that you have a few bruised ribs. There is nothing we can do about it, besides giving you some pain relief. You'll have to bed rest for a week and take it calm for about a month. No lifting weights, no gym, nothing too aggravating for your body.

- And playing bass? We have a tour coming up in two months and rehearsals are about to start." The doctor sighed.

"- Especially not in the first two weeks. After that you can slowly build it up again, but I do strongly recommend that you don't play for hours at the beginning. I'm going to keep you here for tonight and tomorrow so that your body can get some rest and after that you'll just have to come back for a follow up. I'll arrange for you to go up to a ward." Jack and Jessica left the small cabin and left the two of us alone.

"- See, I told you it'd be fine." I just simply smiled. I was reassured now that he would be fine. I putted my head on the edge of his bed and closed my eyes.
