Daddy's Little Girl

It was Leila's 5th birthday and Ashton had bought her a drum set. A couple weeks ago ashton was in the garage of our house doing his daily drum warm ups when Leila asked me if she could go see what he was doing.

I picked up my baby girl and quietly opened the door leading into the garage. We quietly creeped up behind ashton before scaring him causing his drumsticks to fly out of his hands.

"Oh you two are gonna get it!" Leila squirmed out of my arms and started running around the garage.

"Just you wait till tonight baby girl" Ashton winked at me with a vicious grin on his face. I immediately turned red and started running around as well. It didn't take long for Ashton to catch us since he had those long sexy legs of his. We fell to the ground in a fit of giggles and laughs cuddled in front of the drums.

"Daddy whats that?" Ashton stopped smelling my freshly washed hair and looked at where Leila's small finger was pointing. A big smile grew on his face when he saw she was asking about the drums.

"Thats daddy's other baby. Its called a drum. Don't worry though i'd choose you and mommy over her. Over everything actually." 

"Can you play for us?"

"Anything for you" Ashton pushed himself up by his elbows, kissed me really quick, and then stood up and picked up his scattered drum sticks. He sat down on the seat raised his sticks and rocked out. As soon as he finished Leila ran up to the drum set with her eyes wide with wonder.

"DADDY! I WANNA BE JUST LIKE YOU!"

Thats all Ashtons been talking about for the past few weeks. Ashton was currently in the garage setting up Leila's drum set right beside his hoping that she'd love it. It was shiny silver drum set with a pair of pink drumsticks Ashton spray painted the night before. I knew this meant a lot to him. When I was pregnant he would always tell me how he wished that Leila would end up loving music like he does. Today was the day his wish came true.

"MOMMY! DADDY! IS IT PARTY TIME?!"

"I'll go get her ready" Ashton giggled as i walked away.

"MAKE HER LOOK AS PRETTY AS YOU!" 

"YOU GOT IT BABE!" I made my way upstairs and into the room where the birthday girl was rummaging through the closet trying to find for her clothes.

"Well lookie here. Somebody's a big girl now finding for her own clothes."

"No mommy i'm trying to find for my present"

"Oh your birthday present is too big to be in there" I scooped her up in my arms earning her cute giggle that would remind me of her father.

"We're gonna shower really quick and then get ready because everyone is coming really soon to see you"

"But i wanna see my present" she mumbled with her pouted mouth.

"Soon baby soon"

Leila was wearing a pink lace dress i bought her with her hair tied up in a ponytail with a white bow hair tie. I on the other hand was wearing a yellow sundress with white flowers on it. I was tying up Leila's white converse when the bell rang.

"UNCLES!!" Leila ran away and opened the door revealing Luke, Nina, their daughter Rachel, Michael, Christine and her engagement ring/ baby bump, Calum, and Mindy.

"COME HERE KIDO!" Leila ran up to Michael who picked her up and showered her with kisses. It went like that around the line. Michael kissed her first, then Christine, Then Nina, Luke, Mindy, and Calum. Once her tiny feet touched land again she ran back to me so i could finish tying her shoes.

"Hey Ev's" everyone said in unison.

"Hey guys" I smiled and then hugged everyone.

"Ashtons doing something secret right now but he'll be out in a little" I said in a loud whisper voice so Leila could hear me.

"MOMMY STOP IT!"

"Leila come here real quick" She walked over to Michael who held a very big wrapped present.

"Dont tell mommy i let you do this okay. Here open it. Its from me and Christine." Leila hugged them both really hard before running away to god knows where.

"WELL LETS GET THIS PARTY STARTED!" Nina shouted.

"GUYYYS I CANT DRINKKKKKKK!!" Christine pouted at everyone

"NO! JIMMY PROTESTED!" All eyes turned to the door where the gals of One Direction stood.

"HEY!"

"Time to say happy birthday now come on alcoholics" Ashton said as he lit the candled on the cake.

"Daddy can i get on?" He lifted Leila in his arms giving her a better view of the cake.

"Okay one, two, three!" The whole backyard was filled with smiles, love, claps and amazing singers. But best of all a little girl who's eyes lit up at the sight of her own drum set.

"Daddy's little girl" Ashton whispered in my ear.

This chapter ended up longer than I expected wow. Anyways how is the book so far? Is it confusing?
