75th Hunger Games.

So if you do the math on how many Hunger Games there were and how old Snow probably was (I think he's about 60 or 70)
Then you would figure out that Snow probably wasn't the President that started the Hunger Games, he just carried them on.

No I am not defending Snow because yes he is a sick twisted old man who enjoys the pain of others.

I'm just saying maybe the President before Snow was his dad and he wanted to follow his dads footsteps.

We may never really know, but this is just my theory.
