Stray Kids

Jisung's:

"You're okay now, right?" I asked.

My dad found him after two months been missing. He just asked his men to protect him and told us not to worry so much, the guy just needed time and space for himself so that's what we gave.

Felix caressed my hair and still smiling to me, "I've been going to therapist since five months ago, and things are getting better."

I nodded as I understand it so well. After that day happened, Chan suggested me to therapy because my anxiety attack were keep on coming oftenly. I did not agree first but then, everyone encouraged me without making me feel I'm a burden, they just did because they love me so here I am... happy.

I held his hand and smile, "I am happy for you."

"Thanks."

We talked more while Minho hyung were busy cooking for us. Then another fifteen minutes later, another doorbell rings.

"Are you expecting anyone?" I asked Minho hyung as I stood up and groaned.

He just chuckled on me and continue preparing the table for us while Felix is on the coach, chilling with the cats. I went to the door and opened it, my mouth and eyes went open wide when I saw five individuals standing in front of the door.

"Actually Seungmin planned this." Jeongin said with balloons in his hand.

Chan hyung carrying a cake, Changbin hyung carrying a pizza, Hyunjin hyung carrying a bunch of paper bags that I'm certain foods too. While Seungmin is just carrying his camera.

Seungmin pushed me aside, "Come on in, let's get party started." and entered, followed by the others.

I was stunned but then I quickly snapped and followed them, "Yah, Kim Seungmin!"

Before I could stop them, most of them shouted, "FELIX?!"

"Don't you fucking fall that cake, Bang Chan!" Minho hyung warned when Hyunjin hyung fell the bags to the floor, same with Changbin hyung.

"Hi." Felix greeted them sweetly and laughed at their reaction.

"So this was your surprise to us." Hyunjin hyung said to Seungmin.

Seungmin just smile to him.

"A great surprise. Indeed." Chan hyung said and smile.

"Yeah." Jeongin agreed and smile too. "I thought we're gonna caught Jisung and Minho hyung fucking though."

"Jeongin!" We yelled in unison.

He let go the ballons he was holding and put his both hands on his waist, "Oh c'mon, I'm graduating next week. I'm not a baby anymore."

"You're forever baby to us, Innie." I said and tapped his back. "And hey, I'm offended!"

They just laughed at me.

"C'mon, let's put this all on the table first." Chan hyung said about the food they're carrying.

The hyung line prepared the table while four of us talk in the living room. Just like me, they just asked Felix's whereabouts. Then few minutes later, the hyungs called us to eat so everyone went to the dine table. The table has only six seater so Jeongin sat on Chan hyung's lap while I share with Felix chair. This wasn't new because we're bestfriends since we were high school but then, Minho pulled me to him and sat on his lap. I blushed in sudden act but I tried to let it go and just ate with him.

"How did you know I'm here?" Felix asked Seungmin.

"I was worried even though Jisung's father told us not to. I still tried to find you since you were gone. I always check your parents- I mean Mr. and Mrs. Lee's home to know if you go home to them. I lost hope already but couldn't stop myself and it became a habit. Then, earlier morning you actually did came to them. I monitored it until you came to Minho hyung's parents and went with his mom to vet to bring Soonie. When Mrs. Lee left you with Soonie, I know you'll come to Minho hyung's place so I called them." Seungmin answered and gave him a tight smile.

Felix looked down to his own food, "Sorry, I made you all worry."

We just smile downward. We may worried and sad when we lost in touch with him but still we understand him.

"You're just a human, Lix." I said.

"You are valid to feel anything." Chan hyung said.

"You can always take your time." Hyunjin hyung said.

"We are always here for you. If you had to leave again, it's alright. We will wait." Changbin hyung added.

All of us agreed.

Felix looked up again and moved his eyes to us, one by one. We just gave him a reassuring smile. He thanked us and let out sobs. We stood up all and went to him, hugged him.

After that, we came back to our seats and talked. We share each others stories and memories like what did when we were kids and some vacations we missed. We teased each other, share jokes, and laughed together. It may not be the one Minho hyung and I planned to spend the time before he go to Japan but it's still one of the best moment ever.

I felt Minho hyung's stare on me while I'm talking to Hyunjin hyung who is sitting across of us. I stopped talking and moved my gaze to Minho hyung. And our eyes met. We both held each other's gaze and no words exchange. It's like we're talking through eyes. Expressing how happy and lucky we are.

Minho hyung leaned to my face and spoke, "I love you."

Before I could react, he kissed me. I couldn't stop the lone tear fell from my eyes while my heart was swelling in so much happiness - happiness that I couldn't explain and making my heart burst.

Everyone cheers that made us stop doing more. We faced them again. Changbin hyung raised his glass for a toast, "To our friends."

"To our family." Chan hyung raised his glass too.

"To our love." Seungmin and Hyunjin hyung said the same time that made them look at each other and chuckle.

"To my home." Felix did the same.

"May the fucking be best tonight." Jeongin added.

"Innie!" We yelled in unison.

"What? I know-"

"Shut up, baby." Chan hyung said that made him pout.

"Poor baby, dick deprived." Felix teased.

"Oh, shush." Seungmin stopped them. "Where are we? Oh. Go on, minsung. I wanna drink it already." He told me and Minho hyung, still raising his toast.

I looked at Minho hyung who is already looking at me. We smile each other sweetly.

"You go, my love." He told me.

I blushed but still nodded and we both raised our toast.

"To stray kids that stayed together." I said and laughed.

Well, we aren't kids anymore but in mind? Definitely yes and we're stray without one another. Stray kids, that's what we are but together, we are home. A better place to each other.

"Stay forever." They added in unison and our glass clunk.

i'm backkk. sorry for very much late update. i swear to finish this book before my birthday (on march btw). i'm going to re-edit it all but no worries i'm not going to change anything. i'll just add some info or chapter(/s?) to fill in the loopholes.
