"Tu hai toh dil dhadkata hai, tu hai toh saans aati hai,tu na toh Ghar ghar nahi lagta tu hai toh Darr nahi lagta".
💗Jayesh collapsed to the ground, clutching his wound. Blood seeped from his chest, but he managed a twisted smile. "If I go, I'm taking you all with me."
From his pocket, he pulled out a lighter and flicked it. Flames erupted instantly, racing across the petrol-soaked floor.
"Everyone, out!" Arnav shouted.
Arjun grabbed Navya's hand, pulling her toward the exit as the fire roared around them.
The heat was unbearable, but they didn't stop until they were outside, collapsing onto the ground as the godown exploded behind them.
Navya threw her arms around Arjun, clutching him tightly as sobs wracked her body. "You didn't have to do that for me," she whispered.
Arjun held her close, his hand stroking her hair.
"You're my wife, Navya. I'd go to my knees a thousand times if it meant keeping you safe."
She pulled back slightly, looking into his eyes. "I thought I was going to lose you."
"You'll never lose me," Arjun said softly, his voice breaking. "I promise."
The two embraced, their love stronger than ever as the echoes of Jayesh's screams faded into silence.
The deafening roar of the explosion shakes the ground beneath us, fire and smoke swallowing everything in its path. I don't look back. I can't. My feet move on instinct, the searing heat licking at my back as Navya, Ekansh, and Arnav leap beside me.
We hit the ground hard, the air knocked out of me. The ringing in my ears is replaced by a single sound-a scream. Jayesh's scream. A haunting, guttural cry as the flames claim him.
