If I Stay

Chapter 10

She thought that maybe she shouldn't leave Michael it's worth another shot. It wouldn't hurt to try. "Michael? I need to unpack my stuff." Michael shows her his room where to put the belongings. "You can share the dresser with me and I'll help you hang some stuff up to."  Kyela puts her tooth brush, face soap, lotions, and make up in the mirror cabinet. And then adds her body wash in the shower. She kept her wash cloth in the draw so it wouldn't get lost. "I think I'm done unpacking Mike." Michael was still putting her clothes in the closet he was so happy that she was staying. She went over to Michael and put her suitcase in the closet on the storage rack on top. "I could have done that."  "No you didn't have to." He always likes being her super hero but she really doesn't need BatMan to come after her all the time. "I'm so happy to be with you princess." She snuggled her face in his chest. "Me to." Michael placed a kiss on her forehead. "Um I guess well be sleeping in the same bed for now on." Kyela mentions looking at the bed. "You'll love it trust me."

"Hey do you want to watch Peter Pan?"  "Oh my God I love that movie. Which one?"  "I like all of them but my favorite is the animated one the first movie is the best."  He looed a little embarrassed because himself as a grown man likes Peter Pan. He's so cute when he is childish sometimes but he is young at heart. Now Kyela is starting to like him even more. "I love your soft side. Peter Pan." She flirts. "Thank you Wendy Moria Darling." They sit down on the bed together watching Peter Pan ad snuggling together. Michael yawns in the middle of the movie putting his arms around her. " I know that move." He laughs softly. Kyela's eyes are glued to the tv she is looking back at her childhood memories pretending to be in Neverland and reading of all the stories she loved. "Tinker Bell must be really stubborn." Kyela adds. "Well she is jealous because Wendy is getting more attentions from Peter." He knows this movie way to well. They watch the scene when Peter,  Wendy, John and Michael fly to NeverLand. "Oh that's funny your name is Michael and the character in the movie is named Michael." He smiles at the similarity of the name. This is the best moment that they ever spent in this stage of their relationship she hopes it grows more and more like this. Other than Michael's obsessive behavior. "Why is the red man red?!" They sing in unison along with the movie. Kyela cries when the boys miss their mothers while they are stuck in Neverland and Wendy sings to them. "Don't cry they'll be home soon." He plays in Kyela's hair to comfort her. "She is so sweet."

The movie is almost over and Kyela is found asleep on Michael's shoulder. Michael gently and carefully picks her up bridal style and tucks her in bed. He turns off the tv and falls asleep cuddling next to her. "Goodnight Wendy." He kisses her cheek. "I love you Peter Pan. " He loves the thought of giving each other nicknames.
