My lungs were exploding! My body ached, my butt cheeks hurt and i was in desperate need for water, but i couldnt stop. Not here, not now!
" Charlotte! Come back my love!" His voice was the fuel to my fire as i ran faster, harder.
I could hear his footsteps nearing, and so I did the one thing that everuone knkws not to do when running awah, or even running in general.
I look back.
Oh my god he was right on my trail and - smack
My body slammed straight into the trunk of a tree and i came tumbling to the ground, a heaving, exhausted mess.
" Shouldn't have done that Charlotte" He warns, and suddenly I'm being blinded and a cloth is being jammed into my mouth.
One moment i am wide awake, kicking and punching wildly for the life of me, and the next . . .
