Dad's driving. Then, all of a sudden, he slammed on his breaks. He put his emergency light on and unbuckled. Then I he opened the door quickly. He ran out of the car and bent down. I looked back at my sisters, and they didn't even notice that we had stopped. I tried to pop up and see what dad was doing. I still couldn't see anything, though.
Then dad turned around. Something ws in his hands. It was a cat. Its eyes closed. But it's ears moving. It was a Calico cat. Well, kitten. It was hurt. Badly.
Dad rushed in the car. He handed me the kitten and turned off his emergency light. Then he hit the gas. And turned the other way.
