*BEEP BEEP BEEP*

The alarm clock blared loudly, forcing your amber eyes open as you groggily reached out to hit the off button. With that done, you sit up and take a look at your surroundings, the early morning light filtering through the curtains, casting a warm glow over the room.

'Where...' You thought before suddenly remembering. "Oh, yeah, dorms." You muttered as you pulled yourself up and off your futon, stretching your arms above your head to shake off the last remnants of sleep. Then, you made your way out of your room and down to the boy's bathroom, hopping into the shower to begin your morning routine.

Exiting the shower, you see a few of your male classmates already up and about, going about their own morning routine. You exchange greetings with them before you continue on with your own routine, brushing your teeth and hair before heading back to the common areas kitchen to make some breakfast, which you also made for some of your less than culinary skilled classmates. Once that was done, you, along with your classmates, made your way to your first class of the day.

...

"I believe I mentioned this already, but your main focus this summer is obtaining provisional hero licenses." Aizawa said, addressing the class.

"Yes, sir!" you and your classmates responded in unison.

"Do not take this lightly." Aizawa continued shooting the class an intense look. "A Hero license means you're responsible for human lives. You can imagine the exam to receive one is very difficult. Only fifty percent of students pass the tests required for year. permits each year."

"It's that hard to get a provisional license?" Mineta asked, looking worried.

"In order to prepare, today you'll concentrate on creating something new..." Aizawa paused, just as the classroom's door slid open, revealing Midnight, Cementoss, and Ectoplasm. "Two ultimate moves." He declared.

"Ultimate moves?!" Mina and Kaminari exclaimed. "An exam is a normal school thing!"

"But this is total hero work!" Kirishima and Sero added.

"When we say "Ultimate," we mean a move that will ensure you win against your opponent." Ectoplasm explained.

"An action so unique to your identity that no other person can hope to copy it. Simply put, you must learn to lean into your strengths." Cementoss added.

"Your moves represent who you are. These days, most pro heroes have an ultimate move. Those who don't are fools." Midnight concluded.

"This may sound abstract, but we'll explain more as the day goes on. For now, change into your costumes and meet in Gym Gamma." Aizawa said, as you and the rest of the class eagerly headed to get ready for the day's training.

...

"Gym Gamma, also known at the Academy as the "Training Dining Land," or TDL." Aizawa said as you and your classmates found yourselves standing within a spacious gymnasium that sorta resembled a large warehouse.

'First USJ and now this... U.A sure does love their abbreviations.' you thought to yourself.

"This facility was my idea." Cementoss spoke as he activated his quirk to raise a small cement structure as a demonstration. "We can prepare unique terrains and obstacles for each student here. Here you will learn to serve up justice, hence the name."

"That's pretty cool." Kaminari said.

"Please allow me a question." Iida suddenly exclaimed, raising his hand. "What is the advantage of having ultimate moves for our provisional exams? May we know your reasoning?"
