Normani sighed to herself and threw her phone beside her. She should've done that a long time ago, un-saving his number wasn't enough. She had been relaxing in her own bubble, brainstorming, song-writing, when he just had to burst it. How did she even end up here? Why did she end up having a crazy ex?

To be fair, it wasn't always like this. When they had first broken up, things were fine. He understood his wrong doings and they just went their separate ways.

As time went on, things changed. Of course they didn't see each other often but when they did, he sure knew how to make her uncomfortable, which is weird because he never made her uncomfortable during their 3 year relationship, well, besides the cheating.

He became more possessive of her, even though they were separated. Shaking her head, she tried to get the feelings and old memories out of her head.

Trying to get back into it, she picked up her pen, and began to write what came to her mind. The hurt, the betrayal, the lies, everything, she wrote it down. Music was her peace and she didn't plan on stopping anytime soon.

Hopefully Josh didn't become more of a problem than he already was.
