CHAPTER-SEVENTEEN

Morning had arrived, and the rays of the sun were slowly filtering through the gap between the glass window and the curtains, spreading gently across the room. When Zayyan opened his eyes, he saw his wife sleeping peacefully in his arms, and a smile spread across his face.

He placed a soft kiss on her forehead, and without waking her, he gently got out of bed. Adjusting the comforter over her properly, he quietly made his way to the washroom.

A little while later, Zayyan stepped out after taking a shower. He was dressed in a black shirt and grey pants, with drops of water still dripping lightly from his hair. His sharp features and fair complexion made him look even more handsome.

Walking over to the bed, Zayyan sat down beside Sara and gently woke her up saying, "Mrs. Khan, wake up."

Sara stirred at the sound of his voice opened her eyes looked at Zayyan, and smiled.

Seeing her awake Zayyan said, "Get up and freshen up. I'll prepare breakfast."

Sara replied, "Alright."

With that, Zayyan left the room while Sara got up and went to the washroom.

A little while later, she came downstairs, all ready, and found that Zayyan had already prepared everything and set the table.

She sat down at the table, looked at the breakfast, and said, "Wow."

Zayyan smiled at her.

He had made tea, pancakes, and sandwiches.

The two of them enjoyed their breakfast together.

After breakfast, it was around 12 o'clock when Zayyan said, "Get ready, we're going to Richmond Park."

Sara replied, "I'm already ready. Shall we leave now?

Zayyan said, "Alright, let's go."

He got up from the sofa walked over to her held her hand and together they stepped outside to the porch where his car was parked.

He pulled the car out helped Sara get in and then got in himself. With that they headed toward Richmond Park.

Zayyan stopped his car a little distance from the main gate of Richmond Park.

Seeing the park from afar, Sara said, "So, this is the place?"

Zayyan smiled and replied, "Yes, this is the place."

He parked the car in the parking area, took Sara's hand in his, and they entered Richmond Park together.

As soon as Sara stepped inside, she was captivated by the breathtaking beauty of the place. She couldn't take her eyes off the mesmerizing view.

The moment she entered the park, there was a deep greenery all around. Massive oak and chestnut trees stood tall, their branches filtering soft sunlight onto the ground, creating a dreamy atmosphere. Sara's steps were slow and careful on the grass, as if she was afraid to disturb the serene tranquility of the place.

A little further ahead, they reached an open field that looked like an endless emerald-green carpet. The field stretched so far that its end couldn't be seen. The air was filled with a faint, pleasant fragrance, a blend of trees and flowers.

Turning around, Sara noticed a group of deer grazing peacefully not too far away. Their shiny brown coats, slender legs, and majestic antlers gave them a regal appearance.

Seeing them Sara's face lit up with excitement and she exclaimed to Zayyan, "Look, they're so adorable!"

Zayyan glanced at them and replied with a smile, "Yes, they're truly beautiful."
