Jasmine's pov

Four months later

Shontae released an album, so proud. She is in Arizona with Devin. They are still going strong. She should be going on tour soon. I put singles out here and there, but nothing major. I really am focusing on school now. D'Angelo and Tasha are 'talking'. He and I moved into together, well he moved with me. I go to everyone of his home games. Tasha tries to come to all of them. Willie has a new girl friend now. But y'all will never guess who it is...... THAT HOE KRIS!! When I seen it I wanted to go back over to his house and beat his face in with my whiskey bottle. But I am happy for him. As of my dating life, there is none. 

Today D'Angelo is playing Willie. I really don't want to go, but I have to support my best friend. I got dressed and did my make very natural looking. Grabbed my purse and keys. I drove to the arena and parked in my reserved spot. I took a deep breath and got out. Today would be the first time I see Willie in person in about 5 months. 

"Hey girl." I said to Tasha as I sat in my seat. We always had court side seats. D'Angelo always gave us the best nothing less.

"Hey boo. Girl guess who came to tonight's gave." She smiled

"Who?" I asked

"All three of my baby daddies." She said in awe

"LIES!" I gasped

"Nope look." She said pointing a couple seats down

"Oh lord take me now." I said taking them in

"Yes girl Chris, Trey, and August. I didn't even know August watched basketball." She said still staring

"Shit me either. Good God they is fine." I said 

"Who is fine." 

"Damn boy. Don't sneak up on us like that." Tasha said holding her chest

"Sorry but who fine?" He asked sitting next to me getting ready for our traditional pregame pep talk. 

"Chris, Trey, and August." I said

"Not as fine as me tho right baby?" He asked Tasha

She looked around like she didn't know who he was talking to "Oh you was talking to me yeah  baby, not as cute as you." She said

"Whatever." He said smacking his lips

"So you ready?" I asked

"Yeah." He said 

"Listen just go out there and do you. And don't do anything to Willie." I said

"I'll try."

"No you will. can you do that for me please?" I asked looking in his eyes

"Yes." he sighed

"Alright good luck." I said kissing his forehead

It was halftime and the Lakers were up by 10. And I was minding my business with that Kris hoe came up with her friend trying to start something.

"Well look who it is." She smirked

"Hello Kris." I said 

"Hey Jasmine. So how you been?" She asked

"I have been good, but I would like to enjoy my evening so dismiss yo self please." I said

"Oh okay I will be going you know I have to get back to the seat my boyfriend left me. You know my boyfriend Willie right?" She smirked

"Hoe you better get going." Tasha said standing up

"And if I don't what are you going to about it little girl?" She said

"You are really trying me tonight." I said standing up

"You ain't going to do shit, so sit back down." She said pushing my forehead

I looked at Tasha then back at her. 

"You shouldn't have done that." I said taking my earrings off

"Oh yeah what if I did it again?" She said doing it again

That time she did it in front of both teams, oh she wanna show out? To bad I am about to mess that pretty face up. I jump over the beach and gave her these hands. Had her crying for help. I was getting her good when a pair of arms pulled me off of her. I turned to see Willie holding me. I got out of his hands so quick.

"Really you get it with the girl you cheated on me with." I said

"Jasmine look. I moved on with her. Maybe you need to too." He shrugged

"Are you for real right now?" I asked in shock

"Yeah I am." He sighed

I slapped him really hard just like the night i found out he was cheating on me. 

"I HATE YOU SO MUCH!!" I yelled as D'Angelo and Nick Young pulled me away

"YOU LUCKY I AIN'T BUST A CAP ON YO ASS YET!" I yelled 

I was so heated the took me to the locker room and I let out a huge scream.

"Hey man go back out there." D'Angelo told Nick

"You sure?" Nick said

"Yeah." He answered

"Hey i'll check on you in a little alright ma?" Nick said

"Alright." I said trying to calm my breathing

As soon as he left D'Angelo let out a huge sigh

"Not now boy." I said shaking my finger at him

"No we are talking about this now." He said sternly 

"I said not now-SIT DOWN!" He yelled cutting me off

To be honest with you I was scared he never raises his voice. I sat down just like I was told.

"Listen you need to move on. I am tired of your ass being angry and sad all the damn time." he said

"I am not angry and sad all the time." I said standing up

"Yes you are. I see it, your sister see it, Tasha see it, EVERYBODY SEES IT JASMINE!" He yelled

I stood there thinking about life and he was right. I am sad and angry all the time.

"I need to move on." I sighed

"Yes you do." He said bringing me in his arms "I'm sorry for yelling at you." 

"Nah it's cool."
