Chapter 33

3 weeks later

Hey yall! Im 7month now! Well 7 months and a week so be exact. I just came from the doctors. I told maichai about the appointment hoping he would come but as usual he ignored me. I was trying to apologize to him for what i said to him a few weeks ago but he hasnt talked to me since that day. I know what i told him was way worse than what he told me. I really feel bad the more he ignores me.

I was thinking about going over to his house. Maybe later on today. I decided to drive to Danni's and D'a house. I havent talked to them in a minute.

When I pulled up i saw danni sitting on the yard watching the kids play with D. It was cute.

"TT kaycee!" They yelled once i got out the car.

"Hey my babies!" I said bending down to give them a hug.

"Hey girl" danni said

"Hey Danni hey D" i said speaking to both of them.

"Wassup kay" D said

"Sooo girl how's the pregnant life?" I asked

"Its been okay... A little stressful but who's not" i said with a light chuckle. I never told neither of them about my problems with chai, mainly because i think D would find alittle enjoyment from it.

"Hell you aint lying. D wants to have one but im not sure. We arent even married yet" she said looking at him.

"Well tell him girl. He would probably do it" i said excited.

We talked for a few more minutes and then i left. I have nothing else to do so i decided to take that drive to chai's house to apologize.

35 mins later

I pulled up and walked to the door. I started to knock but saw that it was open. I walked in to see trash everywhere.he had unfolded clothes everywhere, shoes scattered across the floor. When i walked past the kitchen i saw alot of trash on the counter and dirty dishes that filled both sides of the sink. I walked upstairs and smelled a very heavy weed odor. I walked in his room to see him laying across the bed sleep in boxers. I shooked my head at the sight of his room. He had shit everywhere. It looked awful. Besides the weed smell there was a hint of a spoiled smell lingering in the air. I took off my shoes and started cleaning up. I picked up all his clothes and took them to the wash room down the hall. I threw them in the washier and went downstairs to get the ones off the couch and floor. I started load and went down stairs ro grab all his shoes. I went upstairs and lined them back neatly in his closet. I went downstairs and cleaned up his kitchen. After washing and putting up all the dishes i sat down to relax because my back was starting to hurt. About 30 mins later put my phone away and started cooking baked chicken, yellow rice with sweet peas. After i put the chicken in the oven i went upstairs to put the clothes in the dryer. I walked in chai's room to see him still sleeping so i shook him a few times before he started moving. He grunted the wiped his eyes and yawned.

"Chai go get in the shower so i can put your sheets in the washer" i said hitting his leg. When he heard my voice he quickly turned his head looking surprised but it quickly went back to normal. He got out the bed and walked in the bathroom closing door behind him. I took the sheets off the bed and went to the washer room. After starting the load i went down stairs and waited for him so i could give him the apology. I know yall probably thinking why in the hell is she cleaning and cooking for him but i feel bad. Plus his house is a mess and from the look of his face i cant tell he's going through something. His dreads need to be done badly and it looks like he havent shaved his face in atleast 2 weeks because of how thick his beard was.
