"We have to leave again." Eli said.
I just nodded. I had become somewhat mute since that night. I had lost all hope. I wasn't getting vac to my friends. I wasn't going to laugh with Haylee backstage. I wasn't going to have long boring talks with Ashton. I wasn't going to stay up late playing games and eating pizza with Michael. I wasn't going to laugh at Luke for being an idiot. But most importantly, I wasn't going to wake up next to Calum. I wouldn't be able to say most. Everything was gone. I had no one.
"Wren! Let's go!" Eli was starting to get angry.
I got up not really caring where we were going. He grabbed tons of blankets and stuffed them in a bag.
"So um I kinda ran out of money."
I just nodded. I didn't care. I just wanted to be back with everyone. Or anyone that wasn't him.
We came across a bridge for a train to cross.
"There looks good." He said pointing under it.
We found a way to it. Eli grabbed a few blankets and sat them on the ground. He told me to sit and I did. He wrapped a blanket around me.
"Just sleep my love. Just sleep." He whispered.
I closed my eyes but I didn't sleep. I thought about everything I had before all of this. I wanted everything back to normal. But the real question is, was this considered my "normal" now?
