The break was almost over, yet there was no sign of Madhav or Chandravali. Meanwhile, Revati could clearly sense Radhika's growing impatience-her fingers tapped rhythmically on the table, her brows slightly furrowed and she was becoming restless.
Revati shot a glance at Baladev, silently urging him to investigate.
"Uhh... I have to wash my hands too!" Baladev announced hurriedly, placing his lunchbox on the table before striding away at an almost suspicious speed.
Radhika's sharp eyes followed him. "Why does it seem like he's running? And more importantly, why is he running?" she asked, her voice cold yet laced with curiosity.
Revati chuckled lightly. "Maybe it's an emergency."
Radhika's lips curled slightly, "Revu, aren't you going to wash your hands?"
"Nah, I used a spoon, so I am all good," Revati replied casually.

Baladev hurried through the corridor, scanning the area left and right. His gaze finally locked onto Madhav at the far end of the hallway-leaning against the wall, laughing softly with...Chandravali?!
Baladev's eyebrows shot up,"Oh, so this is where you have been hiding."
Before he could voice his thoughts, Madhav spotted him first. "Ballu! Let me guess-Radhika is losing patience?"
Baladev huffed, crossing his arms, "If you already knew this was coming, why are you here giggling?!" Then, shaking his head, he added, "Wait, let me wash my hands first. I need to have a serious talk with you."
Madhav chuckled knowingly, "About Radhika, right? I already know."
Baladev narrowed his eyes. "Oh, I know you know. But I have my own way of asking. Stay right here or you will find yourself in the sickroom."
Madhav smirked. "Chill, Ballu! I am always here for you!"
Beside him, Chandravali smiled. "Relax, Baladev. Everything will be fine."
