I'm sorry, yesterday I posted the draft by accident and it wasn't finished. Here it is, sorry it took so long. I'm still introducing the story, this will be one of the last introductory chapters and then I can start the good stuff :)

Feel free to point out any mistakes. I appreciate if you continue reading the story, I promise it will get good. By the way, I will change who portrays Nathaniel Rossi. Also I added new characters and who portrays them. I hope you like them! Enjoy!

I was staring at myself in the mirror, checking if I looked decent in my new school uniform. My new school's uniform consisted of a dark blue polo shirt, a matching plaid skater skirt, knee-high socks and a black colored blazer. The shoes were to our preference so I chose to wear black ballerina slippers. I wore minimal makeup, I wasn't planning on impressing anybody, and I'm not the type of person who does that. I do things for myself, I wore makeup because I liked it and not because I disliked my face. I applied mascara to my eyelashes and applied some concealer to hide the faint dark circles under my eyes.

"Sweetie! Breakfast is ready!" my dad called from downstairs.

"Coming!" I answered back and headed out the door, down the corridor and down the stairs. This place was fairly big. I reached the bottom of the stairs and headed to the kitchen to sit with my dad in the kitchen table, he was already seated.

"Good morning dad," I said as I gave him a peck on the cheek and he gave me a side-hug, which I returned.

"Good morning Chloé, did you sleep well?" he asked as I proceeded to take my seat in front of him.

"Yes, thank you! Did you sleep well?" I asked as I examined the plate my dad prepared for me. We had eggs, sausage, bacon and-what I presume is- a hash brown. To be honest, it looked fantastic.

"I did, thank you. Are you ready to start school?" he asked and I couldn't help feel nervous once again.

"Well, I'm nervous, but not the kind that makes you want to throw up, more like the type of nervous feeling you have because you are excited and scared at the same time," I laughed as I finished my explanation. My dad joined my laughter as well. I managed to start the day with my dad in a good mood.

"Don't be nervous sweetie, it will be fine. I can't promise everyone is going to be nice, but I do promise you can count on me," my dad had sincerity written in his eyes and I couldn't have been more grateful.

"Thank you dad, it means a lot to me. Also, thank you for making us breakfast, it looks delicious," I grabbed the fork and knife placed beside my plate, as well as my dad, and we both ate breakfast. We had small conversations while eating, but mostly it was him giving me advice for school, which I appreciated.

When we were done, I was finishing my orange juice when he spoke to me again.

"Chloé, I almost forgot. The after school sessions with Nathaniel, you pick the days and I will inform him. When do you wish to start?" he asked with tenderness in his eyes.

I considered it for few seconds and thought it would be helpful to start today, since it was my first day I would probably want to share my thoughts with someone else besides my family and Sophia. Things that would probably worry my family and Soph, if I didn't have a good day.

"I wouldn't mind starting today,"I shrugged and gave my dad a small smile.

"Oh, okay, I will call Nathaniel after I drop you off at school," he looked taken aback at first but then recovered himself and flashed me a reassuring smile.
