The day had gone by somehow fast, the bell signalling the end of the last period had just gone off. Which meant my first day at my new school was over and it had gone pretty well. People were nice and teachers weren't as awful as I thought. I was very lucky to have Anne and Mia in most of my classes, we had some subjects in which the three of us were together and we had other subjects in which I only had Mia or Anne. I had two subjects in which I didn't have neither Mia nor Anne, but that was okay, I was lucky to find very friendly classmates in those classes.

I also had the opportunity to get to know Mia and Anne better, we discussed our favorite hobbies, music taste and many other things during lunch break. Anne had light brown hair, green-honey colored eyes and was the shortest out of the three. She plays volleyball, she likes to swim and likes techno music. Mia had blonde hair, blue eyes and was taller than Anne but shorter than me. She plays the piano and enjoys practicing equestrian. They were both different and similar at the same time, the three of us have things in common but we also have our own hobbies.

We were currently standing in front of my locker because I had to drop off all the books the teachers gave me and the rest of my school supplies.

"So how was you first day? Did you enjoy it?" Mia asked first.

I took a deep breathe before I answered, "I enjoyed it actually, and teachers nor students were mean to me, which was one of my biggest fears I think," I answered honestly.

They both smiled at me and then Anne spoke,"Well there are mean students, but that's just inevitable. Don't worry though, they can't be mean to you, you haven't done anything bad to them nor have you ticked them off in any sort of way," she shrugged and smiled.

"That's true, I don't plan nor do I want to get in anyone's way," I said.

My felt my phone buzzing in my blazer's pocket, I fished it out of my pocket and saw it was my dad.

"My dad," I said to Mia and Anne before I answered.

"Hello Dad, how are you?" I said.

"Great, thank you, just calling to let you know I'm about to pick you up. I'm two streets away from where I dropped you off," he said on the other line.

"Oh! Perfect, I'll make my way outside then," I answered.

"Perfect, I'll see you in a bit," he said and I ended the call.

"Is he coming to pick you up?" Anne asked.

I turned to them and smiled before closing my locker and grabbing my book bag to hang it on my shoulder.

"Yes, are you guys leaving as well?" I asked.

Anne was the first to answer, "Nope, I stay for volleyball practice."

I turned to face Mia before she answered,"I leave and have piano lessons in an hour. You're going home or do you have something to do?" she asked politely.

"Yes I'll go home..." I didn't finish my sentence because I remembered I would have session with Nathaniel in his office. Crap!

"You okay Chloé?" Mia directed her question at me because I sort of zoned off. They were both looking at me and I decided to tell them.

"I just remembered I have to attend a session with a psychologist, my parents decided it would help me cope better with the whole moving thing. I will have to talk about the move, school and stuff to relieve stress. Or at least that is what my parents think," I laughed at the end.

They both gave me warm smiles and I was happy to have met them.

Anne spoke first,"Don't worry, I'm sure it won't be that bad."
