Mr. King resigned as principle and some guy who looks like he got wasted every night took his place, Michelle told me it was a very important matter, considering he knows what elements each of us have. We were in Mrs. Wesley's History lesson when a man wearing a multicoloured tie and a blue suit came and interrupted the lesson. "Good Morning Mrs. Wesley, may I excuse Alex, James, Michelle and Susan from this class? They have been expelled," said the man
My heart raced, "Mr. King, haven't you resigned?"
"Yes ma'am, Mr. Lawrence said they have been expelled and I am here to take them."
Mrs. Wesley gave us a wild look, "Fine, pack your bags."
In a way I was relieved that I don't get to see that hag again but sad at the same time because I liked the school.
"Dad what are you doing?" Michelle asked.
"I'll explain it all on the way," Her father rushed through that sentence
Mr. King looked very worried. Did we do something wrong? Stupid question. We walked towards Mr. King's car. It was a classic SUV and it was black, as if he was some government agent. We put our bags in the back and hopped in. "I presume you're all very confused at this moment, well don't fret, you weren't expelled, I just saved your lives."
If he meant saving us from that witch then I don't know how much to thank him. "You guys have found some stones recently correct?"
"Yes sir" said James
"Please, call me Michael. Anyway those stones give you strength, notice how they match your eyes? As long as these stones exist, they will keep you stable and you have maximum control over your powers."
It was too much to even comprehend but I rolled with it like I usually do. "What are we fighting against?" I asked.
"That's the question isn't it?" Replied Mr. King eagerly, "The gist of it all, you're lives are at stake by a man who apparently controls all four elements and he seeks those stones."
"Wait, if he controls all four then how come these stones don't apply to him?" Asked Susan
"He trained himself to control them, through years of meditation and patience, the stones only notice you if you are born with an element or if you possess one under your element."
"And you're saying we should protect them?" questioned James.
Michael smiled handsomely, "precisely."

We arrived at our destination, which seemed like an abandoned warehouse. "Dad, what is this place?" Asked Michelle of course.
"You're gonna love it."
Michael flipped the switch and the place looked amazing. There are aquarium tanks for walls, the floor is just carpet, there are stacks and stacks of books about Greek mythology, and a couple of display cases with artefacts I have never seen before. "Welcome, kids to the Artefact and Mutant Affiliates Research Group or AMARG for short."
