King Phillip: I believe it's important we first discuss matters of the treaty.
Head of the Guard: I agree
King's First Man: Not to disregard anyone's plans, it it just what was first agreed.
Emperor Asim: Ah yes, well, I believe there is no problem with tha-
King Phillip cut him off with a hastily yelped "s'hall we."
Detecting the tense, awkward atmosphere, the Emperor silently submitted to these practical demands, following the king and his men into the council room with his head hanging low.
Emperor Asim: Not to sound like I need it, but you are aware you owe me over two quarters than what you have been giving me since the last time we met.
King Phillip was humiliated. He stood there in an infuriated silence, looming around at his council men who each looked down, one by one.
King Phillip: Gee, my friend. Not even a gracious good morning. Have you eaten, you look sort of pale.
The Emperor rolled his eyes, knowing this was just a sorry attempt to avoid the actual problem.
Emperor Asim: All this travel has made me lose my appetite. I am not hungry, Sire, however, I would like to settle business and rest, I heard your kind daughter mention "festivities."
The Emperor chuckled, and a few of the council men did so as well in hopes of raising the king's spirits, but his foul mood didn't budge.
King Phillip: Fine. I will give you everything I owe before the end of the year, you have my word. I will also get it to you in paper.
The Emperor could hardly contain the excitement in his voice.
Emperor Asim: You know the true reason I wanted to come over here was to see my friend.
The King faked a smile, and the two walked out, beside each other, out to the salon.
There the two monarchs were greeted by a bustling room filled with people drunkenly laughing and rich lords and ladies gambling half their allowances away.
The King was almost embarrassed at how unseemly his court was presenting himself in front of this company.
The Queen Mavrigne (*1), Princess Anne (*2), Prince Vihaan, Lady Darlinsve (*3), and Lady Montysvan II (*4), were in a fancily decorated, slightly elevated, part of the salon. The Royals were sitting in nice chairs while the fair ladies stood beside them. The ladies had changed into nicer clothing for the events.

The kings walked over to the other royalty, permitting them a formal bow, in which those sitting rose, reciprocating such.
King Phillip: Well, then, I believe this is a moment of celebration. Drinks, everyone.
The noble courtesans applauded, enthusiastically willing to indulge in the wine.
In success of finally calming the king down, the royals drank, and everything was going well until..
Suddenly music started playing by musicians, violins and piano and what not. There was applause from the nonsobre crowd.
Then, the poofy haired blonde with a carelessly (a failed effortlessly) half up half down hairstyle walked out wearing this.

That's right, the usual Lady Melvori softy flickered her grey-green eyes at the king, batting her eyes and using a white feathered fan to sway & draw attention to her chest.
The Queen and Princess were infuriated, and everyone's eyes were switching between the now known Mistress, King, and Queen.
The wretched woman demurely made her way to the king, carefully taking steps as though she were light as a feather. She bowed all the way down on her knees, before rising.
Lady Melvori: Your majesties.
Prince Vihaan began whispering to the Princess Anne.
Prince Vihaan: Uhm, we haven't known each other long, but do you truly believe this is appropriate.
Princess Anne: I don't in the slightest, I'm just hoping my father doesn't disappoint me in the same way my past husband has.
Even though it was in the slightest, the dowager Queen noticed a change in emotion from the Prince, almost like discouragement, or maybe even uncomfortableness.
Princess Anne: I.. I'm sorry I didn't meant to overshare so soon.
Prince Vihaan: It's nothing your highness.
He sadly tilted his head down in a bow before hastily moving away, next to the Emperor.
Lady Melvori: You know, if I may be so bold, I believe I truly know how to celebrate his majesty's victory.
Queen Mavrigne: You do dare to be so bold, which is being considered but more importantly, this victory is not solely the king's, it is all of France's. I do not care what place you have in the king's heart, do not dare to overstep your place in my court.
The Queen stormed away, while the Princess and the two ladies followed her.
The Mistress laughed, grabbing onto the king's arm, before he forced her off and followed the queen.
