A change of heart...

Queen Mavrigne made her way down the hall, holding in tears bravely as crowds of drunk, whispering noble courtesans watch the melodrama.

Princess Anne: Mom, mother wait!

The fair, young dowager Queen was carrying her gown and running after mother with their ladies, wiping her red curls off her sweaty head in frustration as they blocked her sight.

King Phillip: Mavrigne stop behaving like a child! You're a queen and you're throwing a tantrum as though you are just out your leading strings!

Lady Montysvan II: This fool has got the nerve to yell at our lady as though she were the one that committed this infidelity!

Lady Darlinsve: M! He is still the king, this conversation we can have later. The most important thing is comforting the queen!

Princess Anne: Mother!

The Queen had made it to her own chamber, she hadn't seen it in years. There was dust all over her stuff.

She used the three locks on the door and slumped down, crying. She heard her husband and a few guards banging on the door, but she knew she was safe.

After all, the king had strategically built in the strongest irons and metals, and the most powerful locks, unbreakable in fact, just to ensure the queen's safety.

King Phillip: Mavrigne! Open your door, immediately!

The Queen sarcastically responded by crying even louder, and the king started banging louder on her door, before stopping out of physical pain and mental exhaustion.

King's 1st man: Your majesty, your exit is required from my Sire by command.

Queen Mavrigne: Damn his commands! I stopped being Queen the moment he chose that fucking whore! He can go demand her around because I'm done!

King Phillip: What right have you ever heard to command me around? I don't give a damn how infuriated you are, I am still your king!

The Princess Anne, Lady Darlinsve, Lady Montysvan II, and the King's three men stood aside in order to allow them a sense of security.

The six, as well as the guards surrounding them covered the scene enough from the court's curious eyes.

Princess Anne: I can't believe this, and they expect us to believe not all men are the same.

Lady Montysvan II: Oh please, based on how loud you were with that new young gentleman-

The Princess scoffed, shushing & interrupting her.

Princess Anne: M!

Lady Monstyvan II: Yes, the one that just traveled her from Scotland!

Lady Darlinsve: Yes, oh, how I remember!

The two ladies begun laughing, the three walking the direction they came to leave their parents alone.

Princess Anne: Hush before I have both of your heads!

The Princess Anne stormed angrily embarrassed away, playfully sticking her tongue out at them as her two ladies ran and laughed, following her.

The Royal parents' argument was now only being observed by some guards and the king's men.

Queen Mavrigne: I don't understand how you are failing to understand the words coming from my mouth. We are done, my lord. We are only wedded in law. Mentally, by moral, I am no longer yours, and you no longer have the right to command me around. Leave my presence!
