I slowly walk down the stairs in my heels and dress. I was wearing a mid-thigh red dress, tight in all the right places.

My hair was wavy slightly naturally. I held a red clutch in my hand, and red lipstick on.

My heels, bright red. Slick and shiny.

"Ooh, where's the beautiful lady going?" My grandma asked me.

"Oh, I'm going out on a date."

"Ooooooooh, who's the lucky guy?" She raised an eyebrow, smiling at me.

"Tony..." I said shyly looking at the stairs and biting my bottom lip.

"I knew it! Ha! Pay up old man." My grandma holds her hand out towards my grandfather, he rolled his eyes, pulling money out of his wallet.

"What's this? A bet?"

"Oh yeah, your grandfather and I were having a bet to see if you two childhood sweethearts were gonna end up together." My jaw dropped, then formed a smile, I giggled shaking my head.

"My grandparents for you." I say to an invisible crowd.

She laughed, and walked away.

I heard a knock on the door. I walk over, opening the door.

Tony stood, in a suit.

"Well don't you look fancy shmancy?" I said with a fake accient.

He rolled his eyes, smiling. "You look beautiful." I blush, turning my head away, trying to hide it.

He pulled my chin towards him with his index finger.

"Really. You do." I smiled.

"Thanks. Mr. Handsome man."

The restaurant was beautiful. There was a huge fountain, and it was like a huge ballroom. There was a chandelier, and the tables were somewhat off the the sides.

"Wow..." He looked over at me, smiling.

"Like it?" I looked at him, mouth a small bit agape. "Uh, no."

His brows knit together.

"I love it." His face filled with relief. I laughed, and we walked in together.

We were quickly seated, and we ordered our food.

We ate dinner, conversating the whole time. Then a waltz song came on. Tony stood up, holding his hand out for me.

"Will you dance with me?" I nodded taking his hand. We got to the middle of the room, with few other couples following behind.

We attempted, tripping and stomping on each others feet.

I laughed, giving up on waltzing, and resting my head on Tony's chest. I held my hands on his shoulders, and his on my waist.

"That was a lot of fun." I say giggling.

"Yeah. I'd love it if you'd agree to another date." I smiled at him, and nodded.

"That'd be great." He nodded, walking off the porch, and rubbed his neck, waving a goodnight.

"Ok, goodnight then..."

I went to my room, immediately sending a phone call to Lela.
