When Will You Realize I Love You?

Chapter 10

Tony and I have been together for a while. Almost a month now.

Right now, I am walking down my drive way to go to Tony's.

I knocked, his little sister ally answering the door.

"Towny, your gwirlfwrend wis wheeeere!" She yells up the stairs in her adorable five year old voice.

Tony comes down the stairs, thanking his little sister, and pulling me up the stairs by my hand.

I giggled as we went up all of his stairs. "B-babe, ha ha, hold up, you g-go too fast!" I say between heavy breathes and laughs.

I ran up the rest of the stairs beating him to his room.

"Ha! I win!" I say pointing at him, sticking my tongue out and smiling.

He smirks, and swoops me by my knees, and carries me to his room, throwing me on his bed, and he straddles me, holding his pillow above my head.

"Ah! Noooo-!" My laughing and screams were muffled and cut off by him hitting me playfully with the pillow.

I grabbed his other pillow, and I quickly pushed him to the side, making me straddle him. "Haha! I win again."

"Eh, what can I say? I like it better this way anyways." He says wiggling his eyebrows.

I blushed, and rolled my eyes, hitting him in the face one more time with the pillow.

A few hours passed of us joking and watching movies.

Then this came up;

"You know, I never really officially asked you to be my girlfriend...?"

I looked at him upside down, because my head was on his stomach.

"Oh, I guess not..." I say finally realizing that.

"Then, Carlie Marie white-"

"You don't have to be that dramatic." I say laughing and rolling my eyes.

"Ok, Carlie, will you officially be my girlfriend?"

I thought about it for a minute.

"Nnooo..." I say testily dragging out that no.

His eyes grew wide, and he stutters for words.

"Just kidding, gosh babe, yes I'll be your girl. Forever."

Just then had I realized what I had said. I just made a commitment for forever.

I've never promised anyone anything forever except when I promised Lila and Tony that I'd be their friend forever in the first grade.

He froze, then smiled
a little.

"Forever?" He says.

I didn't hesitate. "Yes." I smiled hugging him.

"Of course I will!!!" I smiled.

I kissed him, and he kissed back.

-three years later.....-

I'm now a junior in college, and I'm still with Tony. I know, crazy.

"Hey, babe!" I called down the stairs.

"Yeah?" He called from the kitchen.

I was currently looking at the tiny little sock my cousin left from her baby boy.

I took it with me as I walked down the stairs smiling.

"I guess Joie left Josh's sock here." (That's pronounced Joey.) I showed it to him.
