Dani woke up, smiling until the realization dawned her. The only ones to graduate were her, Sylvia and a few other girls including Marissa of all people.
Sylvia was also awake and seemed pretty excited. Dani tiredly got dressed into the Black Widow uniform which was a black suit with a black belt that had a belt buckle in the shape of a red hourglass.
Sylvia had already been dressed awhile ago. The two walk down, but Madame B stops them. "You two better come with me, Dreykov requests your presence." The two girls nod, Dani in fear and Sylvia in excitement.
The two follow Madame B to the highest level on the elevator, the one that was supposed to be off limits. She then leads them both to an office and leaves. Dani noticed that Natasha was also in that office.
Dani then saw Dreykov turn in his chair. "As most of you may know, I have called you three to my office for a mission. This will be Dahlia and Sylvia's first mission, hence why I have also called Natalia to accompany you two." He says in a cold voice with a cruel smile. Sylvia still looked excited. Dani saw Natasha though, her sister, who wore a completely neutral face expression.
Dani didn't know what to feel. On one hand this was her first mission and she should be excited. On the other, she was scared. Anything could go wrong. Before she had another thought, Dreykov spoke once again.
"S.H.E.I.L.D. stole vital information about our cause. Take it back before anyone sees and leave nothing behind. Kill anyone if you have to. This is a bigger mission, but I am confident that you two will succeed on your own without Natalia's help." Dreykov says.
Dani couldn't even think about everything, before the three were being taken to the US in a private jet. Missions in the US were rare and only for the most skilled. That means he believes in Sisi and I. Dani quietly thinks smiling to herself.
"This is us." Natasha announces in a monotone voice. Dani and Sylvia nod and the three jump on the plane. They pull the tabs on their side that releases the parachute as the three land on a building with some stairs on the side.
Natasha grabs her sniper out whilst speaking to the two girls. "I'll stay here as lookout and sentry, I'll also guide you if you need help. All you two need to do is go inside, hack a computer and steal information and put it on the drive I will give you. Dani, you remember the lessons I taught you right?" Dani nods with a smile. "Good, stay in touch. Good luck to you both." She says and gives the two girls each an earpiece and the drive mentioned.
The two girls go down the steps and take a few turns before finally finding the security room in the base they thought was abandoned. Apparently they were wrong as there were some lower clearance level S.H.E.I.L.D. agents that were in front of the room. Dani smirks, deciding to have fun with it. "Ты готова к этому, сестра?(You ready for this sister?)" Sylvia replies, smirking as well. "Да.(Yes)"
Dani cracks her knuckles and Sylvia pulls out a crossbow from no one. "Where'd you get that?" Dani asks raising an eyebrow. Sylvia shrugs. "I found it in the the room where the weapons were kept and told to choose our weapons besides the dual pistols. You chose knives and I chose the magnificent crossbow." She says with a grin
Dani sighs. "You better not die." Sylvia shakes her head. "I won't, don't worry." The two start to fight the S.H.E.I.L.D. agents effortlessly. Dani had slit one's throat whilst Sylvia, who was hanging upside down on a bar to Dani's amusement, shot the last with her crossbow.
The girl backflips to the floor and Dani gives her best friend a look. Sylvia just shrugs. "What? I learned some things from Alice." Dani sighs softly and the two continue on the mission. If it was Darya, she would've written a whole essay on how stupid and irresponsible Sylvia was being, but they loved that about her.
Dani entered inside the building and immediately eyes a computer in front of a big screen. She goes to the computer and starts rapidly hitting keys before plugging in the drive and downloading the information. She then deleted any trace of her being there, before only then noticing a beeping sound. Nick Fury, who Dani had come to learn as the director of S.H.E.I.L.D., probably wanted her dead and didn't mind the fact that the S.H.E.I.L.D. building would be destroyed. Not to mention all the people there were dead anyway.
Dani curses in Russian and Natasha screams in her ear. "GET OUT OF THERE NOW!" Dani grabs Sylvia's hand, but it was too late. The building exploded and all Dani saw was inky black.
Natasha's POV
Natasha had repelled off the building just in time. Natasha cries quietly. "DANI, ARE YOU THERE!?" She yells desperately with tears in her eyes as she searches the place.
She find two bodies. One was of a brown haired girl with brown eyes and the other a redhead with bright green eyes. She checks the pulse of the brown haired girl and frowns. The girl is dead. Natasha then checks the pulse of the redhead and cries immediately recognizing who she was. It was Dani and she was alive. Barely alive, but alive.
In her little sister's small hand was the drive she gave her which was miraculously unscratched. "Mission accomplished. Barton is down completely, but Romanoff is only shot." She says in her earpiece
