(Garrick and Jeff are texting, by the way.)
JEEEEEF: Do you see him?

Me: No, where the hell is he?!

JEEEEEF: He should be there soon.

I'm waiting in the airport like a lost puppy.

I hate this feeling. I'll just look at my phone, occaisonally glancing up, searching for him.

After what feels like the 100th time peeking above my phone, I see the blond boy standing there, staring at me. I swear there's a spotlight on him. He looks so amazing.

He's on the phone. I hope he hangs up so we can talk.

He sees me now. Here he comes... Am I blushing? Do I look cute? Do I look aproachable?

Anxiety is flooding over me as he gets closer.

When he gets up to me he takes a deep breath.

"Robin?" I ask.

Obviously it's him, you retard.

"Yup. Garrick?" He replies.

"You got it." I say as I help him with his bags. I try to tone down the exciting feeling he's giving me.

Helping him is a good gesture, right? Oh god, I hope my grin wasn't creepy...

The car ride home is really funny.

It fells just like the skype calls. It's refreshing and relaxing to hear his voice in person. It's like a lullaby... Pay attention to the road, Garrick!

My song is on the radio!

I move my hand to turn up the volume. But Robin had the same idea. Our hands brushed eachother. It felt like a wave. The touch of his hand against mine had left this feeling to wash over me. I was drowning in the best way.

Oh god, he turned away awfully quick... He probably doesn't feel the same way...

"Colorado is so beautiful." Robin says after a while.

"It's even better during sunset when you can see the silouette of the mountains on the horizon. We can do that tonight if you want. It'll be a good welcome into the state. I know a good spot to see it." I say.

Yes! That will be so romantic!

"That sounds awesome." He said.

Oh god, he turned away again!

When we make it to the house, I take his bag again and lead him in.

"You'll be in the basement. I have your desk and bed down there already." I inform him.

I wish he could sleep upstairs with me, but I don't think he'd like that...

After a while on the internet and posting on twitter, I look at the clock: 6:45

I should probably start to get ready for the sunset and go get Robin.

After I put my coat on over my sweatshirt I head downstairs.

He's in the kitchen.

"Hey, Robin." I say.

"A bit overdressed, don't you think?" He replies.

That felt like an insult...

I feel a sharp, cold pain shoot through my heart.

"I thought we were going to see the sunset..." I said, trying desperately to hide the hurt.

"Oh, when is sunset?" He asked hurriedly.

He didn't mean to hurt me...

I check my watch: 7:15

"If we hurry, we can make it in 15 minutes." I say, hope flooding over me.

"Let's go!" He says, grabbing my hand (BUTTERFLIES) while pulling me out the door. ROMANTIC SETTING, HERE WE COME!
