Y/N POV

I knew it was going to be difficult, but I hadn't expected it to be this bad.

Sam had been really sick and wasn't able to go on a hunt with Dean. That's why Dean called me. We met on a hunt a few months ago and really hit it off. We had spent the whole night at a bar, drinking and laughing away.

Something went wrong this hunt though. The impala, Dean's beloved Baby, had broken down. We got stranded and had to push the car to a motel nearby. It took as an hour and a half. It was miserable and we were both in a bad mood. Dean more than I though. It was his Baby that broke. Plus, to see him push that car, was a sight for sore eyes. The way his arms bulged, the way he groaned while putting all his power into pushing that car.... Damn

I sit inside the motel by the window. Dean is outside working on the car. He's wearing a tanktop, his muscular arms on full display. His pants fitted him nicely, a little tight by the ass. I catch myself staring at it when he bends over to look under the hood.

I don't know if he knows I'm gay. I don't know if he minds. I really hope he doesn't, cause that night in the bar.... I saw a brave and honest man. Broken, yes, but also so mindful. He seemed to understand everything I said and respond in a way that would make me laugh but would also be good advice. The way he looked had already sparked something in me, but that night did it for me. I was full on crushing on Dean Winchester.

I get pulled out of my thoughts when he turns around. His eyes meet mine through the window. He gives me a small smile, looking slightly confused. I quickly smile back and wave. God, why did I wave?

After some time, Dean got back inside.

"So? Do you know what's wrong yet?" I ask.

He shakes his head. He looks frustrated. He walks over to the fridge and pulls out a beer. He then flops down on the small couch in the room, letting out a big sigh and taking a swig of his beer. I sigh as well.

"So I guess we're stuck here for a while then, huh?" I ask, trying my best to sound disappointed, although a few days alone with Dean sounds amazing.

"Yeah, I guess so...."

It was 2 days later. The car was still broken. I told Dean to go to a mechanic and let it get fixed, but he refused to let anyone else get their hands on his Baby. I had rolled my eyes, but his slightly angry tone warmed something inside me.

The 2 days were alright. For some reason I felt like Dean had been a lot more quiet than usual. Does he know? Does he know how I feel about him? His distant behavior was so different than that night at the bar. It hurt a little for some reason. Because of his behavior, I felt more and more awkward and the tension was growing by the second.

It was evening and Dean and I were sitting on the little couch, watching TV. We both had some beers. I felt kind of drousy cause of them. Dean on the other hand, started to feel a little chatty.

"Y/N?" he suddenly speaks up.

I look to my side to see him already looking at me. His pupils are slightly dilated from the alcohol. I hum in response.
