Jack's POV
I am now walking back to my apartment. I was hurrying because I wanted to feel my blanket's warm embrace once again.
I layed down on my bed and closed my eyes. It has been tiring. My phone rang making me groan a bit. I answered the call and pressed the phone close against my ear.
"Hello?" I asked.
"Hey, brother! Hiccup told me Uncle North was closing his studio. Why didn't you tell me? Now you don't have a job and mom and dad are so worried.." she told me.
"Oh.. About that. He did close his shop but I found a better job with bigger money..." I told her and she gasped.
"No way, what is it?" she asked.
"It's just Elle." I said like it was a small thing.
"OMG!! I'm so proud of you, Jack! I'll make sure that I'll tell mom and dad about it." she said making me frown.
"Where are they?" I asked.
"They're not home.." she whispered.
"And they left you there?" I asked in disbelief.
"Yeah, but my friend Jamie's here! Don't worry." she told me making me sigh.
"Okay then. Say, I have to rest now, Emma. Love you." I said.
"I love you too, bro. Rest well!" she said and hung up.
