The Curse of the Stuff Dog

Welcome back boys and girls to another scary tale told by your host with the most Deirdre Stephenson. We are almost coming to the end of our first volume of scary tales and we still have four more to go before volume one is over while volume two will be domestic noir stories even they won't have a happy ending either. So gather around by our lovely campfire while passing around the candy apples and s'mores. Everyone ready? Good we can begin and our tale will be entitled the curse of the stuff dog. There is a small toy store in Naples, Italy and is run by Italian couple who loves to bring such joy to the children. There is a stuff dog unlike other stuff dogs the store sold because this one is a rather large one. Many people come and go so far no one buys the large stuff dog so it continues to sit where it is until one day someone would want it. One day there is a middle age man who came to the store to buy his daughter a gift since her mother passed on he always buys her a gift once a week just keep reminding her she still has her father taking care of her. The mans name is Steve Costa he saw the large dog as he picks it up he looks at it and decides to buy the dog for his daughter Nina. When he arrives at home his daughter was out in the backyard having fun and when she heard her father was home went out to greet him yet she knew he will have a gift waiting for her so she knew on this day she gets one gift from her father. When Nina got to her father as she saw the large dog in the back seat she asked him if that was for her he said yes it was. From the beginning Nina fell in love with the dog as she takes it out of the car and straight to her bedroom with it. Now no matter what Nina was doing in the backyard or watching TV she would bring her dog with her as she would have him seat next to her. Steve was very happy to see his daughter liking the dog that much he knew he got her the best gift so one day he decided to take pictures of her with the dog so he can show his friends at work. Steve's sister would visit like she always does since his wife died doing her best to help Steve out best she could even have Steve in the picture with the dog. When it came time to develop the film as Steve sat in his car unable deny what he was seeing his own daughters photos something happened because his daughter looks like she was fogged out one couldn't make heads or tails what they were looking at so this worried Steve because he has no idea what this meant. When he arrives at home his sister calls sounding like she was in a state of panic asking if Steve was feeling alright as he says he was as he asked why. When Steve heard what scared his sister that made him think now what is going on even his photos from his sisters point he took looked like he was fogged out. A week later it will be Nina who would be waking up in the middle of the night screaming in pain as she is now waking up with very painful headaches while there will be blood spots on her pillow. Next it will be Steve who will be waking up with very painful headaches he too will have blood spots on his pillow. Jemma Steve's sister now is with her brother helping him out while she pleads with him to go to the hospital because something is wrong with them two. So Jemma takes them both to the hospital as they are there for hours while the doctors couldn't figure what was wrong with them so they got released from the hospital with something for the pain. It will be a week later since Steve and Nina were checked out at the hospital while Jemma is still staying with the two until they get over whatever was willing them. One morning Jemma went to check in on her brother and niece what she saw has her screaming out of the house. When help arrived because one of the neighbors called 911 and when they arrived they went in shock to what they saw as well and what they saw was both Steve and Nina both lying in their beds dead as neither has their head it seems something bashed their heads in until there was nothing left. That concludes this story boys and girls while I do hope you have enjoyed this one as much as I enjoyed telling it.
