Rumple's POV:

I have been on this island a few seconds and I can tell, this place is rich in darkness. I wonder how my father, the most well known figure in History, managed to be so caught up in this type of magic.

"Hello laddie." I hear a boys voice greet. A boy a few years younger than myself appears in front of me. He's dressed in green with dirt caked all over him. He resembles myself excluding his eyes. His eyes are the most peculiar thing. It's a haunting green.

"Two seconds and I have a pet name. Charming." I reply. A flicker of familiarity dashes through his eyes. He shakes his head, "Now, why is an adult, like yourself, on my island. I'm almost positive I have a strict "No adults" rule." He began.

"Should have made a sign." I answer bored now. The boy laughs a dark yet annoyed laugh. Almost as if I'm testing his patience. "Who are you and what business do you have here?" He finally asks. "See, that wasn't so hard. Getting straight to the point and not playing games is easier than picking my brain." I tease.

He teleported inches away from me, "Now who's playing games. Name and business." He seethes. Someone is impatient. "I'm R. Word around here is Neverland is full of danger and I happen to have a death wish, now may I be on my merry way?" I answer almost truthfully.

"Interesting." Is all he says.

"And you are?" I ask expectantly. I really don't think he knows who I am. He grins, "I'm Peter, Peter Pan. The boys around here call me Pan. You're welcome to my island, but don't go digging in other people garbage." He warns.

Yep, that's definitely my father. He always made lame threats that make sense but didn't at that same time.

"Ah, but one man's trash is another man's treasure." I grin. "That's what hoarders say." He mutters and disappears without a goodbye. I sigh and start walking along the beach.

Eventually I hit a large boulder that is wedged into the sand. I lean against it and make a cigarette appear from thin air. "I know you're there kid, come out from the forest." I state not bothering to look in the direction of the boy. A tall lean boy appears from the woods.

"Who are you?" He asks cautiously. "I'm R, you are?" I ask. "Felix." He answers. "Pan wants me to spy on you." He blurts. I laugh, "You are a terrible spy." He looks at me, "Maybe so, but in this small window of time I have concluded you are not giving me your real name. You are here on an important mission and you're hiding something." He smirks.

"Wow kid, you're good." I reply trying to mask my shock. "So, why are you here?" He asks. I sigh, "Your pathetic island has enough darkness on it to take over the Enchated Forest or at least a realm or two. Now tell me, why would a scum like Pan need that much power?" I expalin throwing the cigarette on the ground and crushing it. It disappears seconds after being crushed.

"So you want to over throw Pan?" He asks hesitantly. I laugh, "Not by myself. Where do I find Asben?" I question. The boy tenses at her name. "I-I-I don't know who you're talking about." He responds. I grab his collar and push him against the rock. His head hitting now oozing blood. He whines in pain but doesn't scream.

"Just by our conversation I know you aren't spying for Pan. You have a secret agenda, don't you? That explains the nervous glances to the woods. I'll let you in on a secret. I'm magic, I could sense if he appeared. Oh and another thing, I really need to see Asben." I explain. I release him and he coolly points North, A.K.A the direction I came from.

"She'll be along the beach that way. You'll know where she is by the mermaids. Ask for Cher. That's not her real name, obviously, but you would know about that. Anyways, she'll ask for a password. I hope you have enough magic to figure it out." And with that Felix walks away as if he never saw me.

I start walking in the direction he pointed to. Felix seems like a valuable source of information.

"Who is ye, and why are you here?" I hear yet another unfamiliar voice ask me. I sigh and turn around. "I'm R. I was told to walk this way. Now if you excuse me..." I turn around and start my pace again. I hear a laugh.

A group of tall buff men group appear around me. I stop and look back at the man. He has dark hair and eyes. His clothes are also....well dark. He reeks of alcohol and cigarettes. "Why must you bother me? I don't know you." I question annoyed. He grins, "Exactly, you don't know me. Let me make my presence known to you. I'm captain Killian. I'm sure Pan has told you all about me." He explains. A pirate huh.... interesting.

"No laddie. I'm not a Lost Boy. I'm here on.....well let's just call it a family reunion." I explain. He studies my build. Eyeing my clothes and finally my face. "You look awfully familiar. Anyways, whoever you're looking for Pan has already brainwashed him. Good luck saving him." He explains. "Why are you only saying him? Aren't there girls on this pathetic island?" I ask.

Killian laughs, "Yes, but Pan hates all three of them. Princess Tiger Lily is the princess of the Indians. Tinkerbelle is a fairy that happens to be under my protection. Asben is well.... Asben is Pan's wife or girlfriend. No one knows much about their past. All we know is she's the first person, besides Pan, on the island." He replies sounding bored of the topic.

"Where does one find this "Asben"?" I ask. I need assurance. "She disappeared. I assume the mermaids are helping her because her best friend here is Cherry." He answers. I turn around and start walking. Immediately the bunch of men start attacking me. I push them all off off e with magic, pinning them again the trees. Killian charges at me. I easily duck left and attempt to punch him in the gut.

He slides out of the way, causing me to stumble onto the ground. He draws his sword, "I will stab you-" I immediacy kick his left leg in and he falls to the ground. I jump on top of him. I start punching him. His men stare in awe.

I stand and spit next to his body, "Nice scrimmage mate, just remember, I had to survive on the mainland by myself. I know how to fight. Also, don't stop to chat. It makes you look arrogant and pisses off the person you're supposedly fighting." With that I leave the area.

When I get a mile or so away I release the spell on Killian's men. Mostly for my sake. Holding long term spells from afar start to make your insides burn. Not cool.

I notice a group of mermaids talking on a rock. "Hello I was looking for-" the mermaids immediately shriek. I raise my hand, magically muting their voices. "I'm going to let one of you speak, pick now." I order. They all point at a blonde girl with crystal blue eyes. She nods.

"I need to find Asben. You guys are mermaids so I'm sure you know exactly who I am." I explain. I release the spell restricting her voice and she glares at me. "Do not threaten me, Dark One. We do indeed know who you are. We also know who you are related to. We still need a password." She confesses. I sigh, "How do I find the password?"

"Figure it out." She states dully. I sit and think. My Mother would make it something I could think of. I look at the red haired mermaid. She stares st me expectantly. A memory appears.

"Peter, I can feel that I'm dying. Do not argue with me this time. Make sure you tell our boy I love him. Please don't let him believe he's alone in this world. There is no set destiny. Let him know that." My mother explains laying down in a bed holding me. My father sits beside her, holding in tears.

"I can fix this....." he cries. She shakes her head. "No Peter. Practice your magic. This boy will be a force beyond our comprehension. I can feel his magic. Do not let him be evil. Do not give him reason to become evil." She orders. He laughs, "As you wish."

"One last thing..... I love you Peter. I love you too Rumple." And with that she drew her last breathe and my baby self starts to cry.

I shake. "Have you figured it out?" The blonde asks.

"There is no set destiny."

"There is no password."

I gasp, "There is no Password, is there?" The mermaids smile. I realise the spell. "Come on, let me take you to Asben. She'll be glad to see you."

"Wait before you do that, who is Cherry?" I ask. The mermaids frown, "She's a mermaids like the rest of us. Peter has her captive." They answer. I nod.

The blonde mermaid pulls me into the water and she swims us into the cave.

"Don't give him a reason to become evil." The voice repeats.
