Chapter 6:

Jacey's POV

6 months later...........................

When I woke up in the morning, it was to a knock on the door that was quickly answered by my mom who was in the kitchen, making breakfast. I rolled over onto my side and grabbed my phone to check the time. 8:30AM.

Who would be here at 8:30 on a Saturday? I thought to myself.

I hoped out of bed to put my slippers on and went into my small bathroom. I used the toilet, only to find I had my not-so-friendly monthly visitor and grabbed a maxi-pad from the cupboard. I got up, flushed, and made my way to the sink to wash my hands. I put my hair up into an extremely messy ponytail, grabbed my glasses, and walked downstairs.

I walked into the kitchen to see a very happy Liam sitting down, smiling at me.

"Good morning!" He smiled.

"Um.. hi" I awkwardly said back.

I just now took in the fact that I was wearing my Hello Kitty pajamas.

"How was the tour?" I asked as I slipped into the chair beside Liam.

"It was good, tiring, but good." He said.

"That's cool. So what's for breakfast?" I asked my mom who was standing at the stove.

"Pancakes, bacon, and eggs." She replied.

"So how have you been with, um, school?" Liam asked.

"Well it's school. Not really much going on."

"The food won't be ready for awhile," my mom began "you two can go upstairs, Jacey, you can show Liam around and try to get Elise to wake up." She finished.

I nodded and walked back upstairs as Liam followed me up and into my room.

"You have a lovely room." He stated.

"Thanks," I said "it's much bigger than my apartment room."

He laughed. "So..." He said. "Where are 'they'?" He asked.

"Where are what?"

"You know, you're posters." He answered.

"Really?" I said.

"Yes." He said firmly.

"Ugh fine." I said as I got up and opened the wide doors of my closet to reveal all of my One Direction posters.

"Wow." Was all he said.

"I know, there are a lot." I said, plopping onto my comfy bed.

"I think it's cute when fans have lots of posters." He replied, sitting down beside me.

There was a long, awkward silence between us as we just sat there on my bed.

"I've really missed you." Liam finally spoke.

"I missed you too," I started, "and I'm happy that you're back."
