Chapter 7

Chapter 7:

Brittany's POV

Another day of waking up at 7:30 AM to go to work. I guess I should be happy, I have one of the best jobs anyone could possibly have. A model. I was a Hollister model, so I got to pose between hot guys with six packs all day, which is any single girls dream job.

As I walked into the studio, I noticed a large group of people surrounding someone. I walked up to the crowd to see what the commotion was. I got closer and saw that it was a girl that everyone was around. I pushed myself through the people and discovered that it was Eleanor Calder. My heart was beating as I started to fan girl. I took out my iPhone to take some quick pictures of her. I think she noticed since she began to speak to me.

"Hi." She spoke. Everyone starred at me. Some with envy.

"Hi.." I responded shakily.

"Are you a fan?" She questioned.

"Yeah." I answered.

She scribbled on a scrap piece of paper after she rummaged through her bag to find it, and handed it to me. It had her cell number and her autograph on it.

"Pinch me" I whispered to Jessica, the girl beside me. She did, and I flinched, but nothing else happened.

"Ladies and gentlemen," my boss, Hanna called out to us.

"Eleanor will be joining us for a shoot or two." She finished. This might be fun, I thought.

Jacey's POV

The walk from my house to Starbucks is only about 15 minutes and we spent those 15 minutes mostly in silence. Liam even grabbed my hand, which made the silence awkward but also sent butterflies to my stomach.

We got to the small building in the plaza which is right next to the park that we were going to go to after we got our drinks. The line was short, only having another three people in front of us. We walked up to the counter, still holding hands.

"Good morning welcome to Starbucks what would you like to order?" The girl asked, lacking the usual perkiness in the other workers' voices.

"Um I'll have a small hot chocolate, please." I said.

"Make that two." Liam followed.

"Coming up. They will be served on that side," she said pointing to the right, "and you can wait there. You can also add marshmallows, chocolate or caramel sauce, or chocolate shavings and the booth over by the tables," she took a breath, "thank you for ordering, please come again." She finally finished, losing her fake smile as the next customer walked up to the counter. We waited for our two hot chocolates. I added everything that the girl told us about while Liam just got marshmallows.

I was slowly sipping my drink while we walked, hand-in-hand to the park just across the street from the Starbucks. It was beautiful in autumn, when the red and orange leaves dropped everywhere and covered everything.

"Oh my goodness! Liam lets go on the teeter-totter!" I exclaimed like a little child as I ran to the small, toy. I sat down on one side and Liam on the other.

"You're such a kid." He chuckled.

"Hey, you are too, Toy Story." I teased, attempting to smirk.

"Toy Story is completely different." He defended.

"Right, right."

A moment of awkward silence passed by. I began to notice that we were the only two in the park.

"I have an idea." I said as I got off the teeter-totter.

"What's that?" Liam questioned me.

"Just follow me."
