(Readers POV)
I got up from the ground and shook my head. I looked over and saw Tails and Classic Tails flew over. Classic Tails looked at me.
Classic Tails: Are you alright?
(Y/N): Yeah, I'm fine. Just a poor choice of words...
I noticed that Classic Sonia nodded her head.
Tails: Okay, so we're pretty sure we've figured things out... And it's pretty dire.
Well at least Tails seems to know exactly what's going on now. Everything started to shake as a portal opened up. That monster from before flew out of the portal and went forward. It created another portal and went through it, causing more of the white void to expand and reveal even more white structures.
Classic Tails: That thing keeps jumping back and forth through time, consuming the dimensional energy. And all that's left behind is this lifeless, white void.
Tails: The Sonias are the one constant here. Their speed is restoring space time!
She said while pointing back at a structure that has its colors restored.
(Y/N): Woah... How fast even is that?
Sonia: Heh, I'd say pretty fast.
She turned to look at Classic Sonia.
Sonia: We should run like there's no tomorrow, or there won't be a tomorrow!
Classic Sonia nodded her head. I noticed that the structure behind everyone regained its colors and Espio was restored with it. He looked around before looking at Sonia.
Espio: We're facing a dangerous foe, Sonia. Better be on your guard.
Sonia: Sure thing.
Sonia ran ahead. I looked at where she was running towards and it was another one of those gate thingies. I noticed that there was a Chaos Emerald that was completely white, just like the one that was at the first gate. I quickly caught up to Sonia. The gate opened up, revealing a swirling purple portal. She turned to look at me.
Sonia: You wanna try this out again?
(Y/N): Might as well.
We entered the portal and ended up in a destroyed city. I looked around, confused.
(Y/N): Where are we?
As I looked around I noticed something was off. Most of the city is submerged in water.
(Y/N): Wait, don't tell me-
I was interrupted by a strong shaking. Me and Sonia looked ahead and saw Perfect Chaos emerge from the water. He let out a loud screech.
(Y/N): Perfect Chaos?!
Sonia: Didn't think I'd see him again.
I saw Sonia got ready to run forward.
(Y/N): Are you sure you can do this? Last time I remembered that you needed the 7 Chaos Emeralds to take him down.
Sonia looked back at me before smirking.
Sonia: You don't think I can handle him now? I'm hurt.
She Boosted forward, running on the water and towards Perfect Chaos. If Sonia's going to be reckless, then I'm going to make sure to be by her when she is. I activated my shoes and dashed forward. I noticed a large water tentacle coming right for me. Right before it hit me, I jumped over it. The tentacle crashed into some broken down cars, destroying them.
(Y/N): That was close!
I looked ahead and saw Perfect Chaos ahead. Sonia was still Boosting towards him. Sonia ran into Perfect Chaos's body and started to run up his body until she got to the top of his head and attacked his weak spot. Perfect Chaos let out a screech in pain. I saw Sonia get flung back and into some buildings.
