It was the day of Carmen and Johnny's baby shower. Everyone was happy at the get together as they all were setting up.
Amara and Kali as they were going around asking their friends and family if they were team boy or team girl with a tiny microphone doing interviews as Kali was filming an instagram livestream.
"Carmen, are you team boy or team girl?" Amara asked Carmen as she was moving the two baby dolls wearing white karate gis with a light blue and pink belt onto the table.
Carmen smiled, "Ooh, team girl." She said into the microphone.
"Será mejor que tengas un niño. Criar niñas es una pesadilla." Rosa told Carmen as she grabbed the pink balloons to move them over with the blue ones.
Translation: You better hope for a boy. Raising girls is a nightmare.
"Wow. Thanks, Mama." Carmen said
Amara chuckled, "Well, it's obvious we know what team Rosa is on. Girls now have three, boys one."
The two then turned over to see Hawk, Robby, and Miguel walking into the kitchen talking. "Get them." Kali said.
Amara walked over to the boys, "Team boy or girl?" She asked, holding the mini microphone up to Miguel.
"Boy."
"All right." Amara said, "Robert, boy or girl?"
Robby chuckled, "Boy."
Amara sighed, "Of course. Now, Eli, boy or girl? So help me God if you say boy I'm punching you in the dick."
Hawk smiled as he glanced over at the boys and then his girlfriend, "I'm sorry, but I'm team boy."
Amara reared back for a punch, but Hawk flinched back and moved out of the way. "I wasn't actually gonna do it."
The boys looked over to see Sam and Tory helping each other out, "I don't think I'm ever gonna get used to that." Miguel said
"Better than when they were trying to tear each other's faces off."
"Got that right." Kali said as she looked over, "Amara, recap!" She said, turning her phone over towards Amara,
"Overall that makes team girl at three and team boy is in the lead, with a solid four." She looked over to see Chozen walking out of the kitchen carrying some coors banquets into the living room. "Sensei Chozen, team boy or girl?"
"Ah, Amara-san, Kali-San, another vlog?" He asked, "I'm team boy. For sure."
Amara and Kali entered the room with all of her senseis as Johnny stole a drink. "Hey, hey, those are for the party." Daniel said to him as Johnny continued to pop the lid off.
"It's just one."
"Since when do you drink just one?"
Chozen glanced at the other two, "You hoping for a boy or a girl?"
"Ah, either way, I'm good." Johnny said, "Took me a bit, but I'm a pro with boys, and girls are easy."
"I wouldn't be so sure about that, Johnny." Daniel told him as Amara scoffed from behind, walking up to the senseis.
"What the hell do you mean, 'Girls are easy?' Do I look easy to you? Hell no." She said, answering her own question to her father, "You tell me not to do something, my crazy ass is gonna do it anyway."
Daniel chuckled, "That's because you have his genes."
"Whatever." Johnny said, "Chicks dig me."
Chozen laughed, "Good luck. Amara-San, help me in the kitchen." He told her as she started to say words she would not mean.
