TAEHYUNG

A week had passed.

He'd won another competition.

He'd gotten on the news this time. It made him feel anxious; Yoongi had been there to help him. He liked his new apartment. It was soft and quiet. He had his own space.

He hadn't listened to Bunny all week. He wasn't going too. He was tired of crying over that boy.

Yoongi picked him up for school with flowers. "Congratulations on winning! I couldn't get them too you last time, cause I didn't know you had won. But here they are now!" Yoongi held them out with a smile.

Taehyung grinned and took them, placing them on his dining room table before following Yoongi out the door. They got to school, and Namjoon and Jin were there to cheer him on. Jin still didn't seem to like Taehyung, but Tae didn't care.

They headed to class and Jimin gave him some strawberry milk as celebration.

Taehyung was doing great. Until he got to lunch.

Someone tapped him on the shoulder. He turned. He froze.

"I saw you in the news." Bora smiled at him. "I'm proud of you, little bear. Want to go get lunch with me?"

He looked back at his friends, they all looked confused. None of them knew he had a sister. Except Yoongi.

He nodded at her.

Yoongi saw the terror in his eyes, but didn't stop him as Bora led him out of the cafeteria.

"You guys are still dating right?" Jin asks.

Yoongi nodded, a little stunned. Who was that girl and why did she have so much power of his boy?

"And you aren't in an open relationship or whatever?" he prodded. "cause with that girl and the teacher—"

"Mr. Ahns a piece of shit. That girl...I don't know her. I..." Yoongi looked down.

"Is he cheating on you then?" Jimin asks.

Yoongi looked back. Taehyung was messing with his hands. He blushed when he looked up at the girl. Or maybe he was angry.

"I don't know."

bora took him to her car and they sat in the parking lot for a while minute without saying a word.

"So, you paint." She says.

Taehyung doesn't even look at her.

"I'm a lawyer now. I give people justice. I could help you." She gives him pleading eyes. She wants to help without knowing half of what Taehyung has been through. "Taehyung talk to me?"

i don't talk.

"What?"

dad made me tell him to murder mom. I haven't talked since.

Taehyung showed her the phone and he looked away. Bora looked up with wide eyes.

i don't want to talk to you. i don't want to see you. i don't live with dad anymore so fuck off.

Taehyung got out of the car and headed back inside. Bora didn't follow him this time.

He really didn't want to go back to his table, so he went to the art room, pulled out a canvas and started to paint. The teacher regarded him quietly but didn't stop him when the bell rang, or the next one.

Taehyung felt his phone buzzing in his cardigan pocket but ignored it.when the final bell rang he was done.

Yoongi walked into the room and sighed with relief when he saw his boyfriend. He walked up and grabbed Tae's chin, kissing him softly.

"You okay?" Yoongi looked at the painting. "Oh, you're not. Do you...want to skip school tomorrow and go to the sea?"

Taehyung looked up with a soft smile. That was a big yes coming from those big brown eyes. It made Yoongi smile. "Perfect. Now, are we going to talk about the girl? Or no?"

Taehyung's eyes darkened and he shook his head. Yoongi could see that it pained him, so he nodded and led the boy and his painting over to Yoongi's car and drove him home.

Taehyung went into his apartment alone. He wanted to be alone and let Yoongi know that. Yoongi told him to call if he got into any trouble and 

Taehyung had half agreed.

He started to paint gain. Tragic, merciless scenes across the canvas. Or, more like three huge ones.

It depicted his mother, laying on the ground lifeless but wherever there was a wound, Taehyung had replaced it with a flower. One from the bouquet Yoongi had given him.

Taehyung wanted to enter it in a contest. He chose one that would post it in a magazine for him if he won and started to prepare it.------
