YOONGIIt had been two months, and everything had gone back to normal. Jimin had never showed up to school again, the school said he had left. The
couple had explained the situation to Namjoon and Jin and they welcomed him back with open arms.
Taehyung was stuck though.
He really didn't know what to paint for JK's album cover.
The album was about love and leaving and longing. He stared the painting strongly, challenging it for creativity.
"Oh, come on Taehyung you've been doing that for hours! It's summer we should be out getting drunk!" Yoongi complained from the couch. Yoongi seemed to live at Taehyung's apartment, slept over, made food, ate Taehyung's food even did his laundry. And he'd taken up Taehyung's extra parking space in the basement.
"Go home!" Taehyung snapped at him. "You've been here for hours! I have work!" Taehyung feathered to the effortlessly empty canvas.
Yoongi glared. "No."
Taehyung rolled his eyes and looked back at the painting. In an effort to spark creativity, he threw the paintbrush at the canvas.
It looked like a cigarette.
Why didn't he think of that?
"Dumbass." He muttered to himself.
"What did you call me?" Yoongi jumped off the couch.
"No. Boyfriend, come here." He summoned Yoongi and kissed him. "Can you get me...strawberry milk?"
Yoongi saluted and rushed out the apartment door.finally, he was gone.
Taehyung started to do a figure drawing, sketching the cigarette on the ground, surrounded by rain in a puddle.
This could be really good.
He started to paint the cigarette and the puddle. in the reflection of the puddle he drew two people kissing. It was all vague so even he didn't know who the two were, but he thought it was him and—
"I'm back Tae Tae! And look who I brought with me!" Yoongi sang happily as he walked into the apartment.
"No!" he groaned as Namjoon walked in. He didn't need another roommate.
"I-I can leave." Namjoon points to the door.
"He's just moody, come on let's play video games in his room!" Yoongi pulled Namjoon to Taehyung's bedroom.
Taehyung sighed, that worked out. Yoongi had someone to play with for a little bit. He continued to paint, thinking about Bunny. What if he actually saw his piece? What if he liked it? What if he recognized Taehyung? His name was still Kim Tiger, which didn't mean much.
What if though?
When he finally finished the painting, it was mid evening, and the two boys hadn't left the bedroom once.
Taehyung got up to check on them, and to take a shower.
He walked in and saw them in the floor, eating and playing video games as expected. "How's your play date?"
"Great." Namjoon smiles.
"Fuck you." Yoongi says distractedly.
Taehyung kicks Yoongi playfully before going into the bathroom for a shower. When he was done, he went and touched up the piece, before entering it into the contest.
Taehyung decided to make some ramen and look through his email. He dropped his phone at one email. "Oh my god!" he yelled.
Yoongi ran out of the bedroom. "What? Are you okay? Are you hurt?" Namjoon followed on his heels.
"I got invited to show my art at an art show." Taehyung mumbled in shock.
"An art show! Oh my god Taehyung congratulations!" Namjoon hugged him tightly.
"Seriously that's great!" Yoongi joined them as they cheered in the kitchen.
"When is it?"
"In four days." Taehyung grins, still. Little shocked. "Oh my god I'm going to go crazy."
"I'm so happy for you!" Yoongi grabbed me and started to jump around the small kitchen, eventually bumping into the counter and yelling out in pain. "Oh, we have to get everyone to come!"
"Everyone?" Taehyung felt his hands tremble.
"Or just us." Namjoon corrects him. "And Jin, if you want him."
"I don't want him, but he can make an appearance if he wants." Taehyung walks back to his painting, seeing it in a different light. His art was good enough to be in an art show...-
