TAEHYUNG

The next day Yoongi didn't come to pick Taehyung up. He didn't send a text or anything. Taehyung wasn't worried and figured that Yoongi had fallen asleep and forgot to set an alarm.

When he knocked on the door and got no answer he started to get worried.

JOON

TAE: Yoongi and I had plans today but he didn't pick me up. I just assumed he slept in but I'm here and he's not answering. Do you have a key? Or do you know if something wrong?

Taehyung knew that Namjoon and Yoongi had been friends since before Yoongi had even gone to their school, and they'd talked longer. They seemed like best friends, so Namjoon had to know something.

JOON: What? That's weird. Especially if it's you. Let me come down I have a key somewhere.

TAE: okay

He leaned against Yoongi's door and tried to call him, just to wake him up. sure enough no one answered, and it went straight to voicemail. Like 

Taehyung was blocked.

what was going on?

Namjoon arrived shorty with a key, and he let Taehyung in. The apartment was quiet.

"Yoongi?" Namjoon called out into the empty room.nothing.

Taehyung was aching with worry and hurried to Yoongi's room. The sheets were strewn across the floor and the balcony door was open, the whole room cold.

Taehyung checked the bathroom but nothing and he closet—clothes were half-off the hangers like he'd tried to grab stuff and go.

"He's gone." Taehyung says as Namjoon walks into the room after him.

Namjoon didn't seem to register that Taehyung had said something and looked around the room.

"Fuck. Uhm—maybe he's at Jimin's for some reason? Let's check the garage for his car." Namjoon pulled Taehyung down to the garage where they found no sports car. Yoongi was gone.

Namjoon drive Taehyung to Jimin's house muttering hopes of yoongi crashing there for whatever reason. Taehyung would know the reason, if he really found Yoongi there.

Jimin answered the door. "What are you guys doing here? It's early..."

"It's one pm your freak. Where's Yoongi? Is he here?" Namjoon asks, an edge grown in his voice.

When Jimin looks at them confused Taehyung's heart sinks to the ground. "He was here last night but he left around ten. Why?"

"Seems like he's missing unless he's...working or something. But he never flakes." Namjoon looks down at Taehyung, who seems to be falling apart at the seams. "Hey, let's head to your place yeah? Maybe we crossed paths or something. I'll call his parents—maybe he had to go home for some reason. Let's go Tae." Namjoon led Taehyung away and Jimin followed slowly. Still confused.

"What happened, Hyung?"

"Yoongi isn't at his apartment he was supposed to meet Taehyung today. Something's wrong. I can stay with Tae don't worry you can go back to sleep." Namjoon waved Jimin off while helping Taehyung into the car.Taehyung was frozen, his hands shook.

Another person had just left.
