I'm so sorry again not posting for a while. I'll try to start posting on this story again.

The base had settled into a steady rhythm, one that revolved around Moonshine's growth. Every cycle, he learned more—whether through his connection to Cybertronian technology, his instinctive grasp of the ancient symbols, or simply his interactions with the Autobots.

But there was one thing Moonshine hadn't done yet—fly.

Optimus knew that as a seeker, Moonshine's wings weren't just for show. They were a part of him, an extension of his spark, designed for precision and speed. He needed to learn control, not only to understand himself but also to prepare for the future. And so, it was decided. Today, Moonshine would begin flight training.

The Training Grounds

A large, open chamber had been set aside for Moonshine's training. The ceilings stretched high above, giving ample space for movement. Soft landing materials had been brought in, ensuring safety for the young seeker's first attempts at controlled lift.

Moonshine sat perched on Bumblebee's shoulder as they entered the space. His optics gleamed with curiosity as he looked around, wings twitching slightly as if already anticipating what was to come.

Bumblebee grinned. "Alright, little guy. You ready to stretch those wings?"

Moonshine chirped excitedly, shifting in place.

Optimus, standing at the center of the room, nodded approvingly. "Moonshine, your wings are a part of you. Today, we will begin learning how to use them."

Ratchet crossed his arms. "And safely," he added with a pointed look at Bumblebee, who merely smirked in return.

Optimus gestured to the open space. "We will start with the basics—understanding lift and stability. Moonshine, take your time. There is no rush."

Bumblebee gently set Moonshine down on the training mat. The little seeker stretched his wings fully, the sleek plates shifting as his systems instinctively adjusted to his weight.

"Alright, buddy," Bumblebee said, crouching beside him. "Try small flaps first—nothing too big."

Moonshine chirped, then hesitated for only a moment before giving his wings a slow, deliberate flap. A soft gust of air stirred around him. He flapped again, this time a little harder, and his small frame lifted just slightly before settling back down.

Arcee, watching from the sidelines, smiled. "He's got good control for a sparkling."

Encouraged, Moonshine tried again. This time, he flapped harder, his frame lifting just a few inches before he wobbled and landed again. He let out a surprised chirp, optics wide.

Bumblebee chuckled. "Whoa! Look at you, little guy! You got some air that time."

Moonshine flapped his wings again, pushing himself a little higher. It wasn't flight, not yet, but it was movement. His wings adjusted automatically, shifting slightly mid-air to compensate for balance. Each time he lifted off the ground, he lasted a second longer before settling back down.

Optimus observed closely. "He is adjusting naturally. His frame is compensating for balance without conscious effort."

Ratchet nodded. "His wings are equipped with advanced stabilization technology. He's not just flapping—he's actively making micro-adjustments mid-air."

Moonshine, unaware of the analysis, continued his practice. His confidence grew with each attempt, his little wings now flapping in steady, controlled motions. With one final push, he lifted almost a foot off the ground before gravity took hold and he landed softly.

The Autobots watched in quiet amazement.

Bumblebee clapped his hands. "That was awesome! You're getting the hang of it."

Moonshine let out a happy whirl, his excitement radiating through the room.

Optimus stepped forward and knelt beside the young seeker. "You have taken your first step toward the sky, Moonshine." His voice was calm but filled with quiet pride. "One day, you will fly. And when that time comes, the sky will be yours."

Moonshine looked up at Optimus, optics gleaming. Though he didn't yet understand the full weight of those words, he could feel their meaning in his spark.

He chirped once, wings twitching.

He was ready to learn.
